What do you do when your fairytale marriage falls apart because of a heinus betrayal with an evil big lipped she-devil and the entire world hinges on every dirty little detail? While most of us would have curled up on the sofa with a bottle of vodka, lots of Xanax and a gallons of Ben and Jerry’s, Jennifer Aniston turned to yoga to clear her body and mind of the toxic combination of public humiliation and heartbreak.
Jennifer Aniston credits regular yoga sessions with helping get her mind and body back in shape after her traumatic divorce from Brad Pitt.
Jennifer told Self magazine she had “emotions she needed to move” and listening to inspiring music like Coldplay, Seal and The Rolling Stone while she practiced yoga was a big help.

She adds, “I was crying through moves. It’s good to get that stuff out. You feel like you’re having a therapy session.”
