Ok, we’ve dug around and gathered all the information currently available about why Britney Spears has lost temporary custody of her two boys. Britney completely ignored every single court ordered action she was to take to keep her current 50/50 custody agreement in place. Let’s go down the list, shall we?

1.) Britney was ordered to meet with a drug counselor – she did not.

2.) Britney was ordered to submit to drug testing – she did not.

3.) Britney was ordered to enroll in parenting classes – she did not.

4.) Britney was also required to sign the judge’s order and again she refused to do this as well.

And last but not least, last Friday Britney was prohibited by the court from driving with the children in the car until she had a valid California driver’s license. Sources say that when the judge saw the video and pictures on Monday of Britney driving her kids around Malibu in the convertible he’d got pissed and took the next step of revoking her custody temporarily.

Sadly, like so many other things in her life, Britney doesn’t seem to be taking this stern warning from the judge too seriously either. She seemed to happily to turn her kids over to their father like it’s no big deal.
