Every new bride wants to have beautiful lingerie for her wedding night, but in this case it’s a sad waste of money and gorgeous undies as the groom will probably never even see it. Katie Holmes reportedly spent over $3000 on her wedding night delicates. Katie recently went on shopping spree at Le Bra Lingerie and among the purchases was an entire Chantilly bridal set that included a bra that cost $440, a $340 thong, a garter belt for $220 and silk stockings that sell for $95.
Katie also purchased a silk nightgown with a robe trimmed in ostrich feathers that rang up at a whopping $620, lace bra with Swarovki crystals for $380, the matching thong that sells for $175 as well as two sets of silk pj’s and matching robes at $425 each. That’s ALOT of nice lingerie for a phony marriage. She will probably be returning it all soon anyway, as Tom wasn’t there to approve the garmets.
