After a nasty public breakup last summer and some very gross Paris Hilton kissing, Travis Barker and his no talent unemployed wife Shanna Moakler have decided to start over with a clean slate.

Travis and Shanna put up a united front against their arch enemy Paris Hilton at Complex Magazine’s fifth anniversary party on Tuesday. Paris showed up with her new boy toy Josh Henderson.

Between posing for the cameras and smooching on his wife,Travis told reporters that it was love that kept their family together and the fact that the kids are happy now is, “Oh my gosh, that is like the biggest treat of all.”

Shanna also added that since they can’t add another band-aid baby right away, they have recently purchased a new family puppy to keep them all together for a while longer. The new addition is an adorable little French bulldos. I love these LA marriages…it’s like watching Jerry Springer in that it makes you feel so much better about yourself.

I wished someone had asked them how they feel about the fact that Avril Lavigne can afford their big mansion but they can’t.
