Tracy Morgan Charged With DWI

Crazy ass Tracy Morgan was arrested yesterday in New York on drunk driving charges. The 30 Rock star is already on probation from a Dec. 2 DUI arrest in LA last year. Tina Fey is going to kick his ass.
