Tiger Woods may have told on himself in the middle of all the car-accident-wife-went-crazy-avoiding-the-police madness that happened over the weekend by making an off-handed statement that can only have one interpretation.

According to  TMZ someone who claims they spoke with Tiger on Friday before the accident (but after the face scratching) he all but admitted the affair with Rachel Uchitel.

During the conversation, Tiger said his wife had “gone ghetto” on him.” and “I have to run to Zales to get a ‘Kobe Special.’” The person on the other end of the phone asked Tiger what a “Kobe Special” was. The reply — “A house on a finger.”

He is of course referring to the $4 million 8-carat diamond ring that Kobe Bryant gave his wife Vanessa after he was accused of raping a Colorado woman several years ago. Kobe did admit to cheating on his wife with the woman, in a consensual way. Of course, the statement was made before Erin went Britney-batty on him in the car with a golf club so I’m not sure what that means in terms of clarity, cut, color and carat for Erin.
