A grainy cell phone picture popped up yesterday that most believe to a blonde Lindsay Lohan having oral sex with some guy.  The rumor is that Lindsay’s ex-boyfriend and drug buddy Calum Best is the one ’shopping’ the tape that was shot on a cell phone when the two were together before LiLo got shipped off to rehab.

Lindsay is going to publicly deny this is her or course, but out sources say that she is freaking out because she knows it’s her and she can’t remember it being filmed.  Which means she has no idea just how freaky-deaky it got.
