Jessica Simpson’s manager/father, Joe Simpson is going to try to cash in on his daughter’s movie success. He plans on opening a bbq style restaurant chain, called Daisy Dukes. Joe plans on launching the restaurant chain in Las Vegas before opening up other locations across America. Daisy Duke’s is scheduled to open in 2007, and of course, he will pimp his daughter out there several times a year with personal appearances.
