I know that no one really cares if Lindsay Lohan smokes or not. When you look at the big picture smoking is not really the biggest thing this train wreck needs to worry about.

Still, the fact that she has quit and is consistently working out with a trainer every morning goes to prove that she is at least trying to get her shit together.

Or maybe she’s preparing herself for possible upcoming jail time for violating her probation. I’ve recently learned from watching Lockup Raw that inmates are not allowed to smoke. So that whole using cigarettes as money thing doesn’t happen anymore. Guess what they use now? Ground coffee.

I’ve been telling you for awhile now that Lindsay Lohan was ‘this close’ to a complete and utter addiction meltdown..and it looks like it’s finally gotten so bad that the authorities have stepped in.

TMZ says that the powers that be at the alcohol education course that LiLo was taking as part of her probation have contacted the court about Lindsay’s behavior. They’ve told the court that she is violating the terms of the program.

If the judge agrees and decides that  Lindsay violated the terms of the program, her probation can be revoked and Lindsay could end up in jail.
