If you believe the good folks over at In Touch magazine, Usher had absolutely no idea that his wife had flown to Brazil to get plastic surgery while he was working the Grammy’s. Ain’t that some bleep? Who flies out of the country (leaving your small children at home) while their husband is out of town for secret liposuction and thinks they won’t get caught?

You know what Karma does to you when you try to sneak some secret lipo? She gives you a cardiac arrest.

Of course Usher had to beg out of his responsibilities and flew to Brazil immediately to be with her…she was finally released from the hospital this past Monday.

Maybe when she recovers she’ll decide to tell her “plastic surgery horror story’ to People or Us Weekly. What do you think? Was she doing the lipo as a surprise for her hubby…or was she sneaking the surgery because Usher likes to have some cushion for the pushin’ and he disapproved of the procedure?

No one is really sure what’s going on down in Brazil with Tameka Foster Raymond. All the current reports says she “suffered a serious injury due to complications from plastic surgery”.

She couldn’t have gone to have her (insert body part) lifted AFTER her husband performed at Clive Davis’s Pre-Grammy party? It had to done THAT DAY??? In Brazil?????

Welcome to Atlanta where the players play. And they get shot at…and they run for cover. Shots were fired early this morning at Club Dream where Jermaine Dupre was hosting an A-list after-party. Guest like Usher, Gabrielle Union and Larnez Tate had to make a dash for the door. P. Diddy didn’t even have a minute to put down his bottle of champagne before making a bee line for the door.

So far, law enforcement sources are only reporting one minor injury related to the incident. No word if any suspects are in custody. TMZ has more pictures.
