Summit Entertainment released three new stills from Eclipse Wednesday.

They are experts at keeping out jones for Bella/Edward/Jacob in full force between movies.

One of the pictures shows Bella and Jacob presumably on the reservation listening to the story of the ‘Third Wife’, one shows a wolf/vamp standoff and lastly..the lovely Cullens ready to attack the newborns. At least I think that’s what they are doing. Or maybe about to start their fight training with the wolves? What do you think?

It All Begins…. With A Choice

The tag line is the coolest thing about the new Eclipse movie poster.

I don’t know what’s wrong with me. I’m finally starting to get over the hype I guess. I think I was just so disappointed with New Moon that I can’t seem to get pumped up for Eclipse.

If it wasn’t for the strange crush I have on Charlie Swan I think I might totally lose interest. Seriously..I do hold out hope that Eclipse will just blow the first two installments out of the water. They have so much to work with in this one…the fights, the sexual tension,  the tent scene. Please, oh please…let this one be watchable.

Don’t even get me started on the soundtrack.

Sometimes Blind Items piss me off because I know we’ll never get a true reveal…but then sometimes they are easy and fun. Since this one concerns Twilight and an A-lister begging to get in….it lands in the easy and fun category.

This married A list actress knows she is losing her popularity quickly. So, she has informed her managers to get her in the next Twilight movie. When they told her there were no parts for her, she said, “Well have them make up one or I will find new managers. Who wouldn’t want me in their movie?”

Although she wouldn’t be the first celebrity campaigning to get their foot in the Twilight door, some o f you may be shocked to know that this one is most likely about Nicole Kidman. Nicole has been box office poison for the past two years, most think it’s due to her Botox addiction and refusal to age at all. She’s holding out for the 20-30 year-old roles instead of following the Meryl Streep school of success and just owing your beauty at any age.

Just last week Nic let her manager  go and hired  Angelina Jolie’s manager, Gayer Kosinski to try to turn things around.

So what do you think? Is Nic our “Twilight‘ wannabe? Does her new rep have the juice to convince Summit Entertainment and Stephanie Myers to write her in?

Ok. This one totally shocked me.

17 year-old Miley Cyrus is not into Twilight. Not only is she not into it..she HATES it. I thought it was pretty much a law that all 12-18 year old girls fall madly in love with Taylor Lautner or Rob Pattinson…or for some – Kristen Stewart. Color me surprised that cookie-cutter Cyrus is straying from the herd. Or did someone perchance get turned down for a part in said movie and now harbors ill feelings? Hmmmm?

“I’ve never seen it and nor will I ever,” Cyrus, 16, said when asked about New Moon recently during an interview with Cleveland radio station Q92.

“I don’t believe in it,” she says. “I don’t like vampires. … I don’t like the wolf that pops out of the screen when I’m watching my TV at night. I don’t like it. I don’t want anything to do with it. I don’t like the shirts. I don’t like any of it.”

“I feel really lame because everyone’s, like, so excited,” Cyrus said. “I’m like, ‘Don’t even talk about it.’”
