Tim recorded the PSA as part of a new initiative by The Trevor Project, a gay suicide prevention project that celebs like Kathy Griffin and Daniel Radcliffe  have been working with. For more information about their work, and for the donation page, go here.

Tim confesses his own suicide attempt at the age of 17 years old and even now that he is hugely successful it’s still a heartbreaking story. But it’s also proof that is does Get Better.

Timely PSA as People magazine’s cover this week is the story of Rutgers student, Tyler Clementi, who was secretly filmed having sexual relations  with a man by his straight roommate.

I love me some Tim Gunn. He tells it like it is…but in such an elegant way. The Project Runway star doesn’t discriminate either. Not long ago he called out Vogue heavy Anna Wintour for being a biatch and today he decided to share his opinion on Gossip Girls star Taylor Momsen.

Tim recently shot a a guest spot for the show’s fourth episode and calls Taylor’s performance as an actress poor and says her attitude was “sad” and “pathetic”.

“What a diva! She was pathetic, she couldn’t remember her lines, and she didn’t even have that many. I thought to myself, ‘why are we all being held hostage by this brat?”

He added that if he were a regular on Gossip Girl that he wouldn’t stand for her bad attitude and he’d confront her about it.

“I’d say, ‘You know young lady, there are hundreds of thousands of girls who are just as attractive and even smarter than you. Why are you acting like this show is a huge burden on you?’ She was on her phone during every break, I wanted to tell her, ‘If you weren’t on your BlackBerry, you can retain this stuff.’ ”

“I learned from teaching to stick with the topic, I don’t get involved in character appraisals,” Gunn explained. “I’d just ask her ‘do you want to share with me why you’re always on your phone?’ At one point the director leaned in and whispered to me, ‘this is day in, day out, my life.’ She annoyed the entire crew.”

I love Tim Gunn so much that I wish I could put him in my pocket and carry him around with me all day. I’d pull him out when I needed fashion or gay-grandfatherly advice. So you can understand that the news that Tim has joined forces with Marvel Comics to produce a comic about crime fighting models cleverly titled, “Models Inc.” just has me giddy with excitement. There’s a catch though….Modelina.com says they are swiping the original ideal from them.

Heidi Klum isn’t peeved about pal Tim Gunn swiping her idea of a fashionista superhero. Gunn is teaming up with Marvel Comics for “Models Inc.,” a new comic-book series. The only catch? Klum was already a superhero on Modelina.com. A rep for the Web site told Page Six: “In February, Tim starred in ‘Spiked Heel,’ a series about saving Fashion Week, alongside animated hero ‘The Kluminator.’ This new Marvel concept sounds very similar to our previous idea.”

Jennfier Lopez was all set to guest judge the season finale of Project Runway this week until she injured her foot. Yes, that’s right. Her foot. How would that keep her from judging some dresses walking down the runway, I don’t know. But I’m glad she’s out because that means Tim Gunn is in.

The fabulously fabulous Tim Gunn has stepped up and will for the first time in the show’s history judge the contestants designs. That’s what I call Making It Work Project Runway!

Fashion expert Tim Gunn says he doesn’t understand why Katie Holmes has suddenly ditched her sleek look for those baggy, rolled up jeans.

“I have to say, Katie Holmes has become so much more sophisticated in so many ways, but I think she’s in a dip right now. I can’t explain it.” Gunn actually sees the adaptation of the new look as a move back towards her younger look, saying “She ascended from this tomboyish waif look to an incredible sexy sophisticate. We realize how much style she’s capable of. I don’t get it.”

Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston have also been seen rockin’ these 80′s throwbacks. So why isn’t TG slamming everyone wearing them…simple my friends. Some people have the shape to “make it work”.
