The Black Crowes frontman and ex-husband of Kate Hudson, Chris Robinson had some harsh words for Taylor Swift in an interview with Nylon Guys magazine.

“I find it embarrassing that adults are like, ‘Taylor Swift is very talented.’ She’s not. She might be cute, but she’s horrible,” he told the magazine.

He then ranted about packaged artists.

‘They have stylists who dress them, they make records with producers who play a chord into the computer and it all comes out the same…When you have computers doing it all for you…there’s no individuality. Singing isn’t always about being on key; it’s about emotionality.’

It’s harsh, yes. But true. Doctored up studio tracks like Britney Spears dance-crap and Taylor’s country cross-over pop have no soul.

And in his defense…I’ve heard Taylor live…and it ain’t good.

Is Taylor Swift dating British actor Toby Hemingway? He looks like a nicer version of Draco Malfoy from Harry Potter, no?

Sources said Swift has been spending time with the “Black Swan” star as she prepares for the release of her upcoming music video, “Mine,” on tonight’s live CMT special. Insiders are buzzing that Hemingway, who romances Swift in the video, will also join her for the TV special. When we asked her rep if we should expect a real-life smooch, she said, “We don’t comment on Taylor’s personal life.”

At least she did according to InTouch. The rumor about these two hooking up has been floating around for a few weeks but this is the first time any big tab has confirmed it. It’s really a shady story. You just know that sweet little Taylor is all in love and The Player Mayer is telling her whatever she needs to hear so he can get in her day-of-the-week panties.

In Touch can exclusively reveal that John told a friend that he and Taylor hooked up when they were both in Nashville, Tenn., on January 24. According to a source, the couple met up several times, in public and private, and were first seen getting cozy in a recording studio. “She was sitting on John’s lap, her arms were around him, and she was talking in his ear,” says the source. “They were acting like teenagers.”

Though the source says that Taylor “adores” John, it seems the womanizer is up to his old ways, involving yet another starlet in boosting his career. When asked by a friend how his night with Taylor went, John laughed, and boasted, “How do you think it went?”

John Mayer vowed to take a one week ‘digital cleanse’ for his New Year resolution. But going on day 12 and still no news from John The Playa Mayer is starting to freak everyone out.

John’s absence from cyberspace isn’t stopping speculation about his shady love life — he’s being singled out as a possible reason for the big T2 break-up. Sources report that 32 year-old Mayer has developed a crush on sweet Taylor Swift..who is 12 years his junior. Creepy much?

The same source reveals that the playa has been totally crushing on Taylor since asking her to sing on his latest album. The strangest thing about this rumor is that John hasn’t come forward to deny it. He is all about letting us know what’s going on with him.  So what’s up?

I’m not sure why this is actually making news this week, other than it’s very close to the holidays and there just isn’t anything going on. This pictures of Taylor Swift with a newer, chicer haircut with bangs popped up Thursday and the gossip world seems to be divided on whether or not this a wig.

I personally DO.NOT.CARE. – but for Taylor’s sake I hope its real.  I have a real problem with fake hair of any kind.
