This story sounds recycled…didn’t some other dude that worked for Britney Spears accuse of her similar things last year?

TMZ reported today that the former bodyguard that is suing Brit claims to have been sexually harassed by her and also says that Britney repeatedly exposed herself to him and abused her children. No doubt if this happened, it happened during her shaved-head-crazy-as-shit-period. So why did dude wait so long to come forward?

If this turns out to be true and he let her treat her kids like this without speaking up then he is at fault too. But..more than likely this is just a case of a guy trying to cash in.

Fernando Flores alleges, on one occasion — in a scene right out of “Legally Blonde” — “She was wearing a white lace, see-through dress.  She walked over close by [Flores], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores].”  The lawsuit goes on, “The incident caused [Flores] shock and disgust.”

The suit then goes on to describe another alleged instance where Britney summoned Flores to her room, where she was standing naked. The suit claims, “After an awkward silence during which [Britney] just stood naked before [Flores], [Flores] asked Spears if she needed anything.  After some hesitation, Spears asked [Flores] to get her two bottles of 7 Up.”

One time after allegedly exposing herself, the suit claims Britney said, “You know you liked it.”

And the suit says, “In addition to exposing herself to [Flores], Spears engaged in numerous sex acts in front of [Flores].”  There’s also an allegation Britney was “loudly having sexual relations” in a hotel suite where her kids were present.  The suit does not say if the kids saw anything.

And there is a more serious allegation — The suit claims on one occasion Britney allegedly demanded Flores’ belt, then walked in the house and allegedly twice “savagely hit the small child [Preston]” with the belt.

And the suit claims on another occasion Britney fed both kids crabmeat even though she knew they had serious fish allergies.  The suit claims both kids started vomiting and Spears allegedly prevented anyone from seeking medical help, allegedly telling them, “Mind your own f**king business!”

This is one of those stories that makes even this jaded celebrity blogger laugh. You can’t make this stuff up people.

Paris Hilton is being sued by Hairtech International for failing to wear their crappy Paris Hilton brand hair extensions, breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

The company alleges Paris didn’t meet her obligations to promote their “Dream Catcher Hair Extension Product” and instead indulged in repeated “chemical abuse, illicit drug use, alcohol abuse as well as other (illegal) debaucheries” – which the organization claims was done in public and “contra” to their marketing campaign.

The court documents claim Paris entered into an agreement to endorse the product in 2006 with the promise to wear their hair extensions. Sold at all Sally’s Beauty Supplies FYI..currently on the 75% off clearance table out front.

The lawsuit states: “Paris Hilton is an individual celebrity who committed fraud and deceit as well as breaching all agreements by failing to abide by the law, failing to do appearances, failing to wear the Plaintiff’s hair extensions or otherwise fulfill her end of the agreements despite being paid in excess of approximately $3,500,000 in licensing and endorsement fees.”

So basically these people are pissed that Paris took their money..used it to buy high end hair extensions and get f***ed up. Ha! I told you …can’t make this stuff up.

Someone tell The Beach Boys to get over it! Page Six is reporting today that Mike Love and Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys – who wrote the 1965 classic song California Girls – are demanding to be given a writing credit and royalties on Katy’s summer hit California Gurls after she included their classic line “I wish they all could be California Girls,” in her song.

A record industry source told Page Six, “Rondor Music has sent a letter to Capitol on behalf of Mike Love and Brian Wilson, saying Katy has cribbed one of the most famous lyrics in history, so Love and Wilson should be entitled to a writing credit and a portion of the royalties.”

Is it just me before I’ve had any coffee or does this seem ridiculous?

Mischa Barton so broke she can’t pay her rent, ya’ll. Mishy’s landlord says the actress is refusing to pay rent on her $7000 a month apartment in New York City.

Mischa leased the apartment last September when she was starring on the CW’s The Beautiful Life….and we all know how that ended. Since then she’s done nothing really except her upcoming bit part on Law & Order SVU, and by all accounts things are not going well on that set and she will not be invited back.

Landlord M.R.A. Realties Inc. says in a lawsuit that Barton rebuffed efforts to collect the last three months’ worth of rent on her flat in the trendy Tribeca neighborhood.

Homegirl isn’t refusing to pay…she can’t pay..she broke.

Super-hot David Beckham is also a super-hot head. He is being sued by a pain in the a@* paparazzi for allegedly attacking him through a car window.

“A photographer named Emicles Da Mata filed a suit last month in L.A. Superior Court, in which he claims that on Dec. 7, 2008, he stopped his car on a Beverly Hills street when Beckham reached through the driver’s window and grabbed his camera and attempted to wrestle it from him.”

Beck’s bodyguard was also somehow involved and is being sued as well. Just another example of how are the paps will go to bring home the money shots.
