Although I’ve known about this movie since way back when Megan Fox was so famously fired..I was still surprised to see the trailer during the Super Bowl last night.

The trailer was like WOW. It was a crazy-action- robot-car-army-guys-cute-Shia-over-the-top-Michael-Bay-joint that made me stop what I was doing and watch the entire thing.

Shia LeBeouf was pretty critical of the last movie Revenge of the Fallen and rightly so. That one was the suck. But he says this one is gonna markedly better.

“There’s going to be a lot of death, human death. This time, they’re targeting humans. It’s going to be the craziest action movie ever made, or we failed.”

I am really surprised that this hasn’t been rumored or reported before, but to my (extensive) celebrity gossip knowledge these two have always had a platonic relationship. But maybe now that Megan Fox is free of her Brian Austin Green chains Shia LeBeouf is finally able to make his move.

According to the New York Daily News:

The “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” co-stars (whose movie killed the competition with a $201 million five-day opening) sat side by side during a dinner with 10 pals — including director Oliver Stone— at Nobu on Thursday.

“They definitely seemed into each other,” says a witness, who told us that when Fox left at 10 p.m., LaBeouf followed hot on her heels. Another spy added that, while partying at a Rose’s bash in West  Hollywood earlier in the week, “Shia couldn’t keep his eyes off of Megan: He literally watched her like a hawk all night.”

Awww…poor Shia LeBeouf looks pretty sad that his drivers license got yanked, doesn’t he?

There were other pictures in this set but they showed Transformer boy smoking and I don’t post pics of anyone smoking…but it was actually refreshing seeing a hot young MALE celebrity smoking and drinking diet coke to avoid food or to deal with stress.

Hey, it takes a lot of bad habits to get that flat belly-four pack he’s rockin, don’t you know? Do you even know any guys in real life that will even get near a diet coke?

Looks like Shia LaBeouf won’t be charged with drunk driving but he is getting his drivers license yanked.

He is not off scot-free. Shia will almost certainly have his license suspended because he refused to submit to a blood alcohol test. Steve Whitmore from the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept tells us Shia’s DMV hearing is tomorrow.

Now how is he going to pick up the ladies? Maybe he can just roll with BumbleBee and let him do the driving.

Serendipitously, Details magazine September issue features DUI-boy Shia LeBeouf and the accompanying interview delves into the actors drinking issues. A rep for Details says they are not purposely trying to cash in on Shia’s misfortune stating that, “It’s already gone to print. Just coincidence in timing.”

In the issue that hits stands Monday, August 5^th, Shia talks about drinking with his father, his lack of control over his own drinking and the infamous Walgreens incident.

On drinking:

“It’s not something that is conducive to being a role model. … And I don’t know how to do it like a gentleman. I don’t know how to have one drink.”

On Walgreens:

“It was two hotheads. One completely in the wrong, one who wasn’t enjoying his job that night, going at it about minuscule bullshit.”
