Jennifer Love Hewitt continues her quest to prove to the entire world that she is, in fact, a size two.

In the October issue of Shape magazine Jen shares her workout tips and tricks, shows off her fab bikini body and gives us little motivational gems like, “We are in control of our bodies, not the other way around”.

Looking fabulous always sounds so easy on paper..in real life, not so much.

Airbrush Award Of The Week: Kelly Clarkson on Shape Magazine

I’m officially boycotting Shape magazine from this point forward.

Kelly Clarkson has been quoted a least 521 times saying that she is ok with her body and refuses to give in to pressure to get rail thin.

And then Shape magazine goes and does this….nice message to our country’s young girls Shape…you  suck.

Faith Hill 41 and In A Bikini For Shape Magazine

If I was lame enough to say ‘you go girl’, then I would certainly say it to Faith Hill. I personally can’t stand her water-downed version of country music, but in an gesture of sister hood I’d like to celebrate Faith’s 41st birthday and her amazing confidence.

November’s issue of Shape magazine marks the very first time Faith has ever done anything as revealing as a bikini photoshoot, and she considers it her birthday present to herself.

After having three kids and knee surgery Faith says she decided to make a lifestyle change and hit the gym. In July she and husband Tim McGraw began a daily routine that included four miles on the elliptical, light weight lifting, crunches and push-ups.

“I found I slept better, had more energy and was stronger,” says Hill, who then increased her regime to include Pilates classes three times a week. It was so hard, but ultimately so worth it. My core is much stronger, and my arms are more toned. In fact, wearing a bikini on a magazine cover is my 41st birthday present to myself.”

This is were I would say, ‘you go girl’ if I were lame. But I’m not …so…scratch that.
