Chelsea Handler’s people say this was all done as a comedy bit but RadarOnline says this sex tape is real. Chelsea and her British accented partner are both naked, there are visible nipples, and the action is not ‘simulated’.

Chelsea’s people say it was a comedy demo designed to get her some attention as she was trying to break into the business. But did we really accept the sex tape as a way to get famous ten years ago? That didn’t really start until One Night In Paris was released in 2003.

The tape, which was made nearly a decade ago after Chelsea moved to Los Angeles starts out with Chelsea turning on the camera in what appears to be her apartment. During the first part of the tape Chelsea is fully clothed in her work uniform. She begins by introducing herself by name before going into a stand-up routine before suddenly cutting to Chelsea and her male partner engaging in an explicit sex act.

Chelsea, who is on all fours on a bed is naked and at several times during the filming she looks directly at the camera. Her breasts are bare and swinging during the sex act. At the end of the “performance” Chelsea’s partner speaks in a clear British accent, asking, “Did we get the (bleep) shot?” Chelsea looks into the camera and smiles at this point. Then the tape immediately cuts back into Chelsea continuing her stand-up routine in her apartment.

Reached for comment by RadarOnline.com, Chelsea’s rep Huvane said: “The tape you have is an old tape that was done for a stand up comedy bit.”

There is so much drama on this years season of The Bachelor. I’m actually surprised that we’ve never had a sex tape scandal on this show before now.

A new celebrity sex tape is being shopped around the porn community — and the person peddling the tape says the star is Rozlyn Papa from “The Bachelor.”

TMZ has learned the tape is being shopped to a variety of XXX companies all over all over L.A. — including LiveJasmin.com
We spoke to Kevin Blatt, a rep from the website, who tells us he saw the tape and “it’s definitely Rozlyn.” Blatt claims the tape features Rozlyn performing “one sexual act with a well-endowed gentleman.”

Of course Roz’s people say she has no knowledge of this tape but that’s a lie. This is the chick that hooked-up with someone else involved with the show (other than the creepy bachelor) before it even aired. She had this planned all along. Streeeetch those fifteen girl!

The UK Mirror reported today that although Lindsay Lohan wanted 2010 to a fresh start for her tarnished image, it doesn’t look like that is going to happen.

A male waiter tried in vain to sell a 47 second sex tape of he and Lilo to Hustler who turned it down due to copyrighting issues. So now he will be selling it to an off-shore porn company.

When Lilo found out about this, she freaked out.  The source added, “This video file is dynamite. It is pretty seedy and shows Lindsay engaged in a particular sex act which, obviously, should remain behind closed doors. Lindsay was desperate to start 2010 off on a good footing and this is the very last thing she needs. If and when it is released on the internet there is absolutely nothing she or her lawyers can do about it. She is devastated – particularly as she is working hard on cleaning up her act. Lindsay has just made a serious documentary on child poverty in India for the BBC, she is terrified this will be put in jeopardy now. It is fair to say that Lindsay has had a pretty torrid past 24 hours.”

So now the lawyers are saying that there was never any sex in the footage that Jennifer Lopez’s first husband was going to release.

“There wasn’t anything close to sex in it,” Lopez’s attorney John Lavely says “We never alleged that. But it’s still private and personal to my client.”

A Los Angeles judge agreed Tuesday, upholding a ruling that Lopez’s ex, Ojani Noa, is forbidden from using 11-plus hours of home video – 20 percent of which allegedly features Lopez – for a mockumentary about his life as a Cuban immigrant, previously titled How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story.

The footage has scenes from the ex-couple’s marriage in Florida and honeymoon in Cuba, Noa’s film partner Claudia Vazquez tells PEOPLE, but the project was misrepresented by a tabloid as being sexual, she says. Vazquez adds the project’s title has since been changed to The Escape in reference to Noa having fled his home country.

Ah, the mind of the male species. It’s twisted and bent. Even though Scott Stapp and Kid Rock were caught on film getting BJ’s from groupies on a tour bus back in 1999, Scott insists that they did not have sex with those women. How very Bill Clinton of him.

“Well, there’s no sex on the sex tape. For it to get characterized that way, I mean, that kind of sucks,” he said in an interview with Spin magazine.

What the hell is that supposed to mean? Is he saying he wishes it had gone farther than the now socially acceptable BJ? Or  that we should call it a ‘BJ tape’?

Scott also said that  things got awkward between him and Kid Rock after the tape was leaked. I guess so dude. Isn’t there some sort of rock star code that stipulates ‘what happens on the tour bus, stays on the tour bus’?

“What sucks about that is Bob — Kid Rock — and I were friends,” he told the magazine. “He’d been over to my house and we jammed and hung out. We were in Tampa playing with Metallica, and I walked into his trailer and there were some strippers. It’s a time in his life and a time in my life that we’d like to put behind us and not publicize because we have children now, and they’re in school, and their friends read. I know he was pretty pissed off at me when that came out.”

“We haven’t sat down face-to-face,” Stapp said. “I did apologize to him that I didn’t just burn that thing. I thought that was a skeleton in the closet that would never find the light of day.”

They always say they are going to destroy it, don’t they? The tape finally surfaced in 2006, but Scott successfully blocked it’s released. Kid and Scott are still not on speaking terms.
