The Sun reported yesterday that Angelina Jolie is freaking people out on the set of her spy thriller Salt. And not for the normal ways you would think Angie would shock people.

She’s pulling a Beyonce and using the lemonade/maple syrup/cayenne pepper detox diet to lose 20 pounds for her role as a CIA officer unmasked as a Russian spy.

This is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. Angie Lou is already too thin….I mean unless the Russian spy she’s playing is anorexic I just don’t see the point. And from the sounds of it, neither do the folks on set.

A source said: “She does all her own stunts but we worry she could injure herself due to the weight loss.”

Team Aniston or Team Jolie…you got respect that fact that Angelina is a mother of six and is still a super freak bad ass when it comes to movie stunts and other various death defying acts.

Although I gotta say…she looks like a little old lady hanging on the side of a building here. I am not a fan of the blonde-galina.

This is the funniest freakin’ celebrity story I’ve heard in a long time. It seems that in-laws are a pain even in the perfect world of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

Like most working actor parents, Brad and Angie have a deal where one works while the other one takes care of the kids. Angie recently handled all six kids by herself (and a nanny or two) while Daddy B filmed Inglorious Bastards in Germany.

But now that the Brangelina army have settled in Washington, DC while Angie films Salt, Brad thinks he needs back-up and asked his mother to come stay with the family while mommy works.

“Angelina feels Brad should be able to handle the kids on his own, and she saw his request for help as a cop-out,” said the insider.
“She cared for the kids while Brad made his last film in Germany, so she feels it’s his turn, and she told him to tell his mother they didn’t need her help.”

Yikes…who do you think will win…Angie or Mama Pitt?
