Eighteen year-old Disney star Demi Lovato has quit her concert tour with The Jonas Brothers and checked herself into rehab.

Demi is the star of Disney’s Sonny with a Chance and Camp Rock.

A person familiar with the situation previously told The Associated Press that Lovato entered treatment for problems including an eating disorder and cutting herself. The person, speaking on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly due to the sensitivity of the matter, later clarified the statement, saying Lovato had dealt with those issues in the past.

It’s always like waiting for the other shoe to drop waiting on these Disney kids to freak out. At least she is getting help now, maybe she’ll get better and not end up like Britney Spears or Lindsay Lohan.

This story isn’t as bad as it sounds. Lindsay Lohan was caught trying to sneak out of the Betty Ford Center where she is currently undergoing treatment for cocaine addiction. But what she was trying to sneak out is so innocent it doesn’t even compute.

Apparently, the rules are so strict at the Betty that Lilo isn’t even allowed to have coffee or soda. She and another patient were caught climbing a fence to sneak into the nearby Eisenhower Medical Center to buy a coke from the vending machine.

Lohan’s rouse was almost pulled off it wasn’t for her accomplice, another patient, whose clothing got caught on the fence.

“Lindsay and her co-conspirator were forced to give it up and flag down a volunteer, who was crossing the center’s grounds on a golf cart,” a source, with knowlegde of the situation, told RadarOnline.com. “The pair was safely returned, decaffeinated, to their hall, were they were the center of a process meeting over what they had done.”

There is no soda dispenser at the clinic where luxuries such as caffeine, along with phone calls and television, are strictly prohibited.

Seriously, I’ve lost count as to how many times Lindsay Lohan has been in rehab. (This is her fifth freakin time in a treatment program)  But she’s currently there again. Good luck with that Linds.

To keep her busted ass out of jail, at least until her next hearing on October 22, Lindsay Lohan has checked herself into a rehab somewhere in Southern California. More details coming soon….

As of butt-crack early this morning the location of Lindsay Lohan’s rehab treatment program has been changed from the Morningside Recovery Center to the UCLA Medical Center.

TMZ reports that Judge Marsha gave in and after two weeks in jail has decided that Lindsay can get her court ordered rehab at the place she originally wanted to go.

A spokesman for the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department told photogs gathered outside Lynwood that Lindsay was released at about 1:35 AM. She was taken to UCLA Medical Center to begin her rehab treatment.
