So much crap hit the fan after the Tiger Woods and Rachel Uchitel affair was exposed that we forget she was the catalyst in this ugly scandal. Lots of hookers and porn stars came forward after her, but she was the one that toppled the Woods House of Cards.

The mainstream press have been trying to figure out what Elin Woods was going to do for months now, but I think most of knew that there was no way in hell she was going to stay married to Tiger after this international humiliation she and her kids have had to go through. But she has been biding her time to get the best deal possible for her future and her little future golfers. And boy howdy…did she get it!

News broke this morning that Tiger and Elin are very close to signing a $750 million divorce settlement. $75o MILLION DOLLARS people. That’s alot even for Tiger Woods to pay out. It’s a shocking deal but it’s thought to be so extreme because Elin will have to agree to a lifetime confidentiality clause that will prevent her from her ever releasing a tell-all book discussing her private life while she was married to Tiger.

I’d say that’s a fair deal. Her kids don’t need anymore of their daddy’s dirty laundry aired anyway. In fact, Tiger should add another mil in the deal for all the therapy his kids are going to need when they get old enough to realize what happened when their perfect life fell apart.

Before she was bonking Tiger Woods, Rachel Uchitel was trying to bust up David Boreanaz’s marriage. Boreanaz has admitted to the affair and claimed that Uchitel was trying to extort him to keep quiet about their relationship. Instead of paying her..he went public and good for him for admitted he F***ed-up and coming clean.

Now someone has released some desperate texts from Uchitel to Boreanaz showing just how needy and home-wrecking she really is. (Not that I think 99% of the blame falls on the married person..but still…there are tons of single men in the world Rachel. Leave the married ones alone.)

In the messages, Uchitel tells Boreanaz that she is unable to go see him in LA and urges him to come see her in NY instead, writing, “I
need you here so we can be together.”

Boreanaz tells her, “This is not a good time.”

His wife Jamie was pregnant with the couple’s second child at the time of his affair with Uchitel.

Uchitel erupts in anger and writes, “I can’t do this anymore…Just go.

“Just (bleeping) go and be with her.”

This causes Boreanaz to get angry and he writes: “Why do u act like such a (bleeping) child!!!

“She is my wife”

But that doesn’t cause Uchitel to back off and she replies:

“Oh, please!!”

She grows more furious with him and writes:

“You’re such a liar. You’re never leaving. You’ve wasted my time and I’m once again alone.”

She adds: “I can’t (bleeping) be alone anymore. I’ve been alone my entire life.”

And Boreanaz fights back, writing, “What the HELL are you talking about. We spend more than enough time together.”

Say it ain’t so!!!!  Angel/aka/Seeley Booth does not cheat on his wife. But his real life counter-part does. David Boreanaz has come clean and admitted to having to being unfaithful to his wife of nine years, Jaime Bergman.

But don’t think he’s had some attack of conscience or anything…he is going public because his mistress is trying to extort him!

“I was associated with a woman who I was involved with and had a relationship with,” he said. “She asked for money. I felt as though I was being blackmailed or there was some sort of extortion.”

Although David hasn’t  identified the harlot, it’s widely known that he had an affair with Tiger Woods mistress Rachel Uchitel for months last year while his wife was pregnant with their second child. Ugh. I hate when hot men I love cheat.

In Touch weekly says that Tiger Woods is even more of a dog than we originally thought. I know..it doesn’t seem possible. They report that the original ‘other woman’ Rachel Uchitel has moved from her home in New York to a condo in Florida to be closer to Tiger and that they have been sleeping together during the entire scandal.

I don’t doubt this story. Maybe they haven’t been together since day one..but I bet as soon as Elin left town that sneaky Rachel made her move. Although she is the only woman denying ever having an affair with TW, she just has that homewrecker look about her.

Woods hasn’t shown his face since the news broke that he’d been cheating on his wife, Elin Nordegren, with as many as a dozen porn stars, cocktail waitresses and party girls. But Tiger isn’t in seclusion, depressed and watching cartoons, as many news outlets have reported — In Touch can exclusively reveal that he’s still secretly having sex with his mistress, New York party promoter Rachel Uchitel.

“They have been sleeping together the entire time since the scandal broke,” her friend says. They hooked up in a condo she’s been staying at in Palm Beach.”

Rachel, 34, has recently been spotted out in the ritzy Florida town where Tiger’s luxurious yacht, Privacy, is docked, and reports claim she’s been visiting her parents nearby.

“Unfortunately, I’m not commenting on anything,” she told a reporter on December 14 during a trip to the grocery store. But the golf superstar isn’t actually staying on Privacy, the friend reveals — he’s been holed up in another decoy boat nearby.

“Rachel’s condo is 500 feet from where Tiger’s boat is docked. He has been visiting her there.” According to the friend, Tiger even secretly flew out to LA on December 4 just so he could spend time with her. “She’s madly in love with him, and she believes that he loves her as well.”

Despite Rachel Uchitel denying having an affair with Tiger Woods, someone close to her says she bragged about the relationship while it was happening. Uchitel has a history of  flings with the rich and famous — Uchitel’s conquests apparently included Woods plus Ryan Seacrest, Derek Jeter and the married David Boreanaz.

A boastful Uchitel allegedly forwarded along a bizarre, extremely private email from Woods, in which he referenced her famous flings.

“I had a dream we were married and I was leading the tournament,” Woods reportedly wrote. “I came home, excited to see you, and there you were in the bedroom getting f–ked by Derek and David [Boreanaz]. Some part of me thinks you would like that. Now I can’t get back to sleep. My body is tired, but my mind is awake. Need an Ambien.”

I cannot believe this man was so stupid to leave voicemails and emails!!!!! Good Lord..I mean it’s not like he had a $300 million pre-nup on the line.
