Finally something intelligent and right comes from Heidi Montag. Or from her friends rather. Star magazine says six months after having $30K worth of plastic surgery, Heidi is starting to realize that have ten surgeries in one day was a mistake. Not because she looks like a trashy porn star now, but because she is still in excruciating pain.

In this week’s issue of Star, we reveal Heidi’s regrets about getting DDD breast implants and having her chin shaved down. “And she’s telling friends, ‘I made a mistake!’,” a family friend tells Star.

Swollen wracked with pain, Heidi’s dream body feels more like a prison. “She cries every night,” a source says. “She’s a wreck over what she’s done to herself.” Another insider adds, “She’s in so much pain, she doesn’t like anyone to touch her,” and hubby Spencer Pratt is no exception.

I suppose that’s where the pain pill addiction rumors started. I really can’t believe it’s legal (or ethical) for a doctor to perform that many surgeries at one time. Homegirl is going to be in pain for a few more minutes I’m afraid.

I’m sad to hear that hardworking Lady Gaga is starting to succumb to that whole body obsession thing. Her drastic weight loss since she became the biggest pop star in the world was expected. Everyone who gets uber famous gets uber thin. But now according to Now magazine she is ready to go under the knife to fix her ‘manliness”.

“She’s running on empty and not taking proper care of herself at all. She’s desperately unhappy but keeps talking about having thousands of dollars worth of plastic surgery. She really thinks that could fix everything,” says one insider.

In addition to the surgery obsession, those close to Gaga wish she’d take a little time out of the spotlight. “Everyone’s worried about her and is begging her to take a break and get some perspective and work on her self-confidence. She could be relaxing, but she won’t slow down,” says the insider. “Her amazing work ethic has got her to where she is today, but I don’t think she realizes she can ease her foot off the gas now that she’s such a success.”

It’s odd that even someone who started out working on a comedic career ended up falling into the Hollywood beauty pit. Comedian Kathy Griffin has always been honest about her plastic surgery and has even turned the pain and stupidity of it into material for her act.

Now that Kathy has a very unnatural flat tummy and sculpted body she is coming clean with just how far she fell into the pit.

In her memoirs (yes Kathy Griffin has a memoir) Official Book Club Selection: A Memoir According to Kathy Griffin, that hits stores next month..she talks about where the addiction to surgery and diet pills came in.

“What I can’t figure out is why I wasted time worrying about my looks. I am a comedian. I’m not on the runway in Milan. I was told repeatedly, ‘You would be pretty if it weren’t for that nose. You’d work more if it weren’t for that nose. Hey have you considered getting a nose job?’ You would think I had a nose the size of Texas.

Griffin also became obsessed with her weight. She would take back-to-back step aerobics classes, starve herself all day and then binge at night. She tried diet pills, and even took things a step further. “I am very proud of my two weeks on speed,” she jokes. “It was full-on illegal speed. I took it to lose weight, which is not very smart.” The result: “I just felt three times as hungry afterward,” she says.

Or course, in the end she found that a strict diet and exercise were really the only sustainable solutions to her problems.

I think I just covered the only interesting bit in the book…but if you care enough about KG’s life you can pick up the book in just a few shorts weeks.

I have a few things to say about these pictures of the Olsen twins debuting yet another clothing line..Holt Renfrew.

1.) How many different and completely seperate clothing lines do these two need to design? It’s too confusing to me. I mean, I’m not against diversity but could they make the names a little more� cohesive for those of us who are not uber-fashionistas?

and more importantly;

2.) What the hell is going on with Mary-Kate Olsen’s 23 year-old face????? Surely she is not having Botox treatments yet so she must have gone under the knife for something. I can’t put my finger on it. What do you kids think? Nose job? Her face looks so much longer and not quite as smooshed up as it used to.
