Not only is obnoxious celebrity blogger Perez Hilton (Mario Lavandeira, Jr.) facing legal trouble for posting an uncensored upskirt of an underage Miley Cyrus….he’s getting blasted left and right from everyone including Miley herself.

The post has since been removed of course and we are waiting to hear just exactly how much trouble this idiot is in for trying to cash on in a minor’s wardrobe malfunction. Yes, I am aware that Miley may have gone without undies that day for this very purpose…but that’s beside the point. We all know Miley is going through a slutty stage and it’s our job as adults to censor it for the 9 and 10 year old girls who adore her.

“That’s some idiot being an idiot,” she told Ryan Seacrest during his radio show. “Isn’t it funny things like that, that are so negative, have to come out right before my record?” asked Miley. “It’s like, no one can just let a positive thing happen.”

Whiney gossip-blogger Perez Hilton is standing by his story that it was Will.I.Am from The Black Eyed Peas that beat him up last night…not the Peas manager…whom the police are investigating.

After last night’s MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto, Perez posted to his Twitter: “I was assaulted by Will.I.Am of the Black Eyed Peas and his security guards. I am bleeding. Please, I need to file a police report. No joke.”

But cops in Toronto tell us it was the general manager of the Black Eyed Peas — Polo Molina — who is under investigation and he turned himself in to police early this morning.

Perez keeps insisting that tiny little Will kicked his ass…almost as if he is proud of it. He twittered the entire incident ..as any normal man would do…

Will responded with this video via TMZ…I gotta say I tend to believe him over the annoying and over-dramatic blogger.
