Oksana Grigorieva has been claiming for days that she has proof that Mel Gibson was abusive to her and the folks at RadarOnline.com claim they’ve heard the tapes and are backing up her claims.  Once again Mel Gibson finds himself caught up in a racist rant scandal.

Albert Einstein said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. You would think after being caught in an angry racial tirade the first time Mel would learn to keep his trap shut. Seriously. He wasn’t dealing with cops this time…it was a woman scorned and of course she recorded it!

Here are a few of the threats that Oksana has on tape:

“You’re an embarrassment to me. You look like a f***ing pig in heat, and if you get raped by a pack of n***ers, it will be your fault.”

“How dare you act like such a bitch when I have been so f**king nice.”

“I am going to come and burn the f**king house down… but you will blow me first.”

Nice job Mel. You just lost custody of your youngest and hopefully last child and landed Oksana a big ass monthly child support payment and possibly even bigger payoff to keep the rest of the goodies she’s got on you quiet.

You might think that Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva split on amicable terms, but seriously..when does that ever happen?

Oksana says that although the official story is, “Here is the official version: We split up by mutual consent and we will raise our daughter together. She is currently with my mother in my Los Angeles home.”

The real story is more like, “I can tell you that…we have split up, suddenly and recently. Unfortunately, I cannot give you the reason. But you will find out everything quite soon.”

I’m betting he went on drunk tirade and blamed her for all that is wicked and evil in the world.

I know this will be shock to everyone…but Mel Gibson has decided not to stick around and be ‘late-life-dad’ to his 5-month-old daughter with Oksana Grigorieva.

“They just drifted apart,” says a close friend of the couple of the amicable split. “They’re both working hard on their careers and trying to raise a sweet baby together. They’re still friends and they’ll both raise Lucia together.”

Translated: They’ve come to a financial agreement and Oksana probably doesn’t want his old-cranky ass around anyway.

Oh I soooo hope that Robyn Gibson gets more than half of Mel Gibson’s money.

Mel decided to go public and dig the knife a little deeper in his wife’s back by taking  his Russian girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva to the “X-Men Origins: Wolverine” screening in Los Angeles last night.
