Looks like Fergie has lost the 20 pounds she had to gain for her role in Nine. And it looks like she’s done it the old fashion way. Hard work and perseverance. It’s rare to see a celeb lose weight the way the rest of us do. Three months to lose twenty pounds. Or four months…or five.

Cameron Diaz is trying desperately to break out of the romantic comedy genre she seems to be stuck in to more dramatic roles, but she can’t seem to make the jump. She recently went up against Kate Hudson for the role of Stephanie in the upcoming musical film Nine. ‘She gave an amazing audition and her dance routine was something else but her singing let her down and Kate, who wasn’t as good a dancer but was the better singer, got it.’ Don’t feel bad Cam…Kate also beat out Sienna Miller and her buddy Anne Hathaway for this role too.
Fergie Gained 13 Pounds For Movie RolePosted on: November 12, 2008 | Leave a Comment
If you thought that gorgeous and uber-toned Fergie was looking a bit puffy lately, you were right. The Duchess recently had to pack on 13 pounds for her role in the upcoming NINE. Fergie says she gained the weight by eating junk like french fries and various other fat-laden treats, and that she loves her new soft curves. Unfortunately, filming on NINE is now complete and its time to get lean and back in the game. Not too mention that she will be walking down the aisle with that hottie fiance of hers, Josh Duhamel, next year. You know a girl has gots to look good in her wedding dress.
Rob Marshall Puts Cast Of “Nine” Through Boot CampPosted on: August 6, 2008 | Leave a Comment
Nicole Kidman, Daniel Day-Lewis, Kate Hudson, Penelope Cruz, Stacy Ferguson (Fergie), Marion Cotillard will all have to go through boot camp before they allowed to begin filming for the movie version of ‘Nine’. Director Rob Marshall is putting them a Fame-style boot camp to make sure they can sing and dance adequately. Penelope Cruz says she is looking forward to it. “We have a camp in London where you go from the dancing room to the singing room, to the acting room to the dialect coach. It’s all day like that and I can’t wait to get started.” Sounds like a whole lotta work to me. I guess that’s why they get paid the big bucks. Since this is a musical, and I know most of you kids don’t know jack about musicals…here is a plot summary. Famous film director Guido Contini struggles to find harmony in his professional and personal lives, as he engages in dramatic relationships with his wife, his mistress, his muse, his agent, and his mother.
