I love this story. I love it that celebrity couples argue about the same things as the we do. Men are men are men no matter where you live.

I don’t think my shopping comes anywhere near what Nicole Richie spends each month, but it’s very comforting to me that men off all lifestyles and tax brackets are fussing at us for the same thing!

After checking his credit card bill Joel Madden tweeted; “Do you ever look at your credit card bill and ask your wife how the hell she could spend 3 thousand dollars on pillows? I do. PILLOWS, “

Nicole tweeted back simply; “That’s why I ignore your calls,”

Proving he wasn’t really mad, just confused, Joel tweeted back;  “I mean, can’t we just go to Target and get our pillows??? [Shaking My Head].

I’ve never got the ‘talk’ for spending $3000.00 on pillows but I have been told that there is no need for me to spend over $500 at Macy’s and that he certainly does not understand why a Piperlime, Zappos or Sephora box is on our porch every week. Or the latest…why I spent $25 on a teether giraffe for Baby Backwash.

My answer of course is just that…’because I need this stuff’. Do you feel me girls?

You’ve probably already read that Nicole Richie and Joel Madden were married over the weekend. But the details have been coming in slowly so let me fill you in on what we know so far.

They were married at Lionel Richie’s  house.

Rev. Run (from Run DMC) officiated the ceremony.

2 year-old Harlow was a flowergirl.

There were 130 guests.

Nicole’s dress was Marchesa.

It had an old Hollywood/Winter theme.

There was an elephant.

Nicole Richie and Ashley Greene were photographed leaving a gym together over the weekend.

You can tell they are totally new BFF’s because they obviously braided each other hair before they worked out.

Or not.

At the very least someone (Ashley Greene) is totally ripping off someone elses (Nicole Richie) style.

I know! Who the  hell knew Arabia had their own Harper’s Bazaar?????

Maybe not the best Nicole Richie photo shoot ever..and it does look like she has two set of eyebrows in the cover picture..but there is something intriguing about these pictures.

See kids, even gorgeous celebrities look a bit slouchy on vacation. You might even say that Christina Aguilera and Nicole Richie look almost skanky in these candids that popped up today of  the pair in Mexico.

There is some confusion as to whether they are celebrating Nicole’s birthday or maybe it’s a pre-wedding party. Either way…big YUK to Nicole smoking.
