Courtney Love has decided it’s her chosen stage sir name that is reason she is bat shit crazy. She’s going back to her given name. Courtney Michelle Harrison.

“We’ve all decided we don’t like her (Courtney Love) any more. We love her when she goes on stage but I don’t need her in the rest of my life. (Call me) Courtney Michelle. The name Courtney Love is a way to oppress me.”

Oppressed her from what? Years of a rock star lifestyle and addiction problems followed by losing custody of your only child several times over? Yeah..it’s the name.

Kanye West proves that just because you are talented does not mean you aren’t a complete idiot. His huge ego aside, his new brilliantly stupid attempt to reinvent himself is undoubtedly the dumbest thing he has ever said or done.  Are you ready for it? Kanye would like you all to call him MARTIN LOUIS THE KING, JR. from this point forward.

He came up with his new name by incorporating his love of Louis Vuitton and his respect for Martin Luther King, Jr. I’m sure that’s just what MLK had in mind when he marched on Selma and eventually gave his life in the fight for civil rights.

MARTIN LOUIS THE KING, JR. debuted his red LV sneakers earlier this month at Paris Fashion Week and seeing his work on the runway inspired him to change his name.

In a video posted on his blog after his runway debut, he says, “Oh, hey world. As you can see, I’m in Paris, chilling – due to the transactions (events) early this week, I have some very grim news. I know I’ve been called the Louis Vuitton Don… I’ve been called a lot of names… Due to what happened, when the red shoes hit the runway, I was forced to change my name to Martin Louis The King, Jr. Address me as such.”
