By far my favorite Oscar moment of the night. Most of my teenage hero’s and heroines gather all on one stage to honor the great John Hughes.

While Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner sat in the audience looking bored as hell, Molly Ringwald, Matthew Broderick, Anthony Michael Hall, Ma caulay Culkin, Jon Cryer, Ally Sheedy and Judd Nelson stood together at the Oscars and each told a Hughes anecdote.You can’t blame the Twilight teens though..they probably don’t even know who The Donger is.

John Hughes made great movies that touched a generation. He had a way of making the awkwardness of being a teenager somehow seem normal.

The Brat Pack tribute was touching and respectful.

Sara Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick announced Tuesday that they are expecting twin girls later this summer via a surrogate. Maybe all that rocky marriage gossip was just a result of them trying unsuccessfully to have more kids on their own.

“Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are happily anticipating the birth of their twin daughters later this summer with the generous help of a surrogate,” the actors’ publicists said in a statement. The entire family is overjoyed.”

SJP and Matthew already have a six-year-old son named James Wilkie but according to reports they just didn’t want to waste anymore time and went the surrogate route.

“At a certain point, they were presented with an alternative,” the source says. “They could have kept trying on their own, but they’ve always wanted to have more children and felt this was the best way to go.”

Sara Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are splitting up and she is moving out! We’ve been hearing break-up rumors about this New York couple for some time, but this time it looks like it’s for real.

Sources report that SJP has been house hunting after she finally realized you just really can’t be in a happy relationship with a gay man. That has to be it right? I can’t be the only person who thinks Matty is gay.

“The time has come when she realizes it just isn’t worth it,” a friend of the couple tells Star. “Sarah Jessica is determined to get her own place and bring down the curtain on her marriage.”

Adds another insider: “Sarah’s not stupid. She knows exactly what’s going on. For a while it was easier for her to stay than go through a harsh divorce. They’re essentially living separate lives.”

Most people believe that Sara has only been holding on for the sake of thier kid, and friends say she somehow mananged to make things look normal through the holiday’s but now she is just over it.
