Keri Johnson even  contacted Jess to warn her of his monetary problems. She apparently approached Simpson to be wary of her new guy’s motives because he’s so broke. But according to InTouch it was too little too late..he’s already moved in with Jessica.

An ex-49ers player, Eric was married to Keri for five years and has been out of work since 2008.

I was shocked to find out that Holly Madison and Benji Madden are still together. And not only that…about to move in together. Avril Lavigne isn’t even properly divorced yet and she is moving in with greasy bear Brandon Davis. Rumors have been floating around since last December that Avril was digging on Brandon…and it looks like this relationship may have been the catalyst that ended her punk rock marriage.

A source tells In Touch, “Avril is selling her home where she lived with Deryck, while Brandon still lives in his family’s Bel-Air mansion….They both needed a place to live, so they decided to move in together.”
