Samantha Ronson is not happy.

As she was trying to get into her Venice Beach apartment yesterday, she was blocked by moving trucks who were unloading boxes into the apartment directly next door to her. And guess who was unloading the truck? Daddy Lohan. For some reason Michael Lohan was seen personally moving boxes out of trucks and into Lindsay Lohan’s newly rented apartment. Just feet away from her ex-girlfriend who she madly obsessed with.

When camera men tried to ask Sam about what was going on she replied,” Trust me, it wasn’t planned.”

When photogs tried to ask her more questions about Lilo moving in next door to her she said, “Dude, I’m way too pissed off right now.”

I don’t care who you are. Getting caught off guard by an ex moving in next door is sucky for anyone.

Lindsay Lohan may not be able to get any acting jobs but thanks to her bad reputation Lydia Hearst just landed a gig in the upcoming comedy “Dogs in Pocketbooks”.

“Lydia will play a bratty movie goddess in and out of rehab, in trouble with the law, and hounded by greedy agents, predatory paparazzi, off-the-wall stalkers and crazed media — a role obviously based on Lindsay Lohan,” screenwriter Charles Casillo told the New York Post. “I spent a lot of time casting for the right actress for this screwball comedy, but Lydia is perfect.”

Casillo added that the movie was not meant to be mean-spirited towards Lindsay, but a spoof on the modern celebrity obsession. Joan Collins costars as a high-powered agent.

26 year-old Lydia is currently dating 58 year-old Jeff Goldblum and this is first acting job.

Lindsay Lohan says she is really the victim in this rehab worker/ battery thing. Now that she is facing yet another violation of her probation for sneaking out of rehab and drinking, she has come up with a plausible story to keep her out of jail.

So the rehab worker says Lindsay was caught sneaking back in the facility after a night out and refused a breathalizer test. A confrontation ensued and the worker says Lindsay pushed her and sprained her arm and Lindsay says the worker screamed at her so much that ‘she made her cry’.

Lindsay says that she was not drinking, that she had just left without permission to get her hair did. Since the worker failed to get a Lilo to consent to a breathalizer test there is no proof that she was drinking and that idiot rehab worker went straight to TMZ to get some cash and got her dumb ass fired. No her side of the story is no longer credible.

In the end Lindsay will be cleared, again and finish up her rehab in three weeks just in time to hit the clubs by the Chinese New Year!

Dina Lohan says her hot mess of a daughter Lindsay Lohan is “deeply hurt” that A-lister (and totally has her life together) Gwyneth Paltrow mocked her.

Paltrow recently appeared on Glee and played a Spanish teacher who taught a lesson that included asking the class: “Lindsay Lohan is totally crazy, right?” And, she then quizzed the class in Spanish, “How many times has Lindsay Lohan been to rehab?”

I think Dina is just hatin’ because once upon a time Lindsay Lohan could have been a Gwyneth Paltrow. Both studied acting as children and had dreams of being movie stars, but where Gwyneth’s parents gave her a solid foundation and pushed her in the right direction Lindsay’s parents just used her as a meal ticket.

I’m impressed. Even after getting fired from the only acting job she’s had in a year Lindsay Lohan is still at The Betty.

Do you think it just might be possible that someone is finally getting through to her? She’s pushing her enabling mother away and mending fences with her born-again father. Maybe somewhere in the middle of all that crazy she’ll find her way. And stop getting lip injections.
