Lindsay Lohan is delusional. How narcissistic do you have to be to think that just because your very common name is used in a television ad that it’s about you. Lindsay is suing E-Trade for $100 million

Lindsay Lohan filed a lawsuit yesterday against  the financial company E-Trade, insisting that a boyfriend-stealing, “milkaholic” baby in its latest commercial — who happens to be named Lindsay — was modeled after her. And she wants $100 million for her pain and suffering.

The ad — part of a series starring babies who play the stock market — features a boy apologizing to his girlfriend via video chat for not calling her the night before.

And that milkaholic Lindsay wasn’t over?” the baby girl asks him suspiciously.

“Lindsay?” the boy replies, just before a baby girl sticks her head into the frame and slurs, “Milk-a-what?”

Not to be outdone by David Letterman, Dr. Phil is now caught up in his own sexual harrassment lawsuit.

Shirley Dieu filed a lawsuit against him in L.A. County Superior Court. She reportedly went to him back in 2007 to seek therapy but got felt up instead.
Shirley claims Phil forced her to “be in the same room with a completely naked live man while he exposed his entire naked body, genitals and all.” Dieu also claims that Dr. Phil had a member of his staff block the doorway so she couldn’t leave. She also claims Dr. Phil “touched her left breast during her therapy session.”

What’s more believable? That this chick actually went to Dr. Phil for help or that baldy had the balls to lock her up and fondle her breasts?

We all knew David Caruso was kind of an a-hole…but the new charges in a lawsuit being brought against the actor by his former girlfriend and baby momma are quite shocking. David has two kids with Liza Marquez but it doesn’t sound like he has any interest in being a father. But we shouldn’t judge. What the hell am I saying, that’s all we do here.

Stunning allegations in the lawsuit include:

·Caruso asking her to terminate her first pregnancy and then telling her “I guess for now you’ll just be a birthing cow.”

·Caruso accusing her of wanting to sleep with Billy Dee Williams

·Marquez discovering that Caruso has a huge 1970s porno stash hidden in his bedroom.

·Caruso “raising his hand” to Marquez while she was pregnant with their second child

·Third parties telling Marquez that Caruso described her as mentally ill.

Marquez says Caruso officially ended their relationship in October, 2007 when she came home from the hospital after giving birth to their second child and was served with a paternity action! She claims there was also a note from Caruso’s attorney, stating “reconciliation is not an option.”

Am I the only one that thinks the most disturbing accusation here is that she would want to sleep with Billy Dee Williams?

It’s been over a year since Lindsay Lohan’s drug and alcohol addiction forced her into an addiction treatment program. And now the fallout from her crazy party life has caught up with her. LiLo is being sued by the three guys who were in the SUV that she commandeered to chase down her assistant in a L.A. street race that resulted in her second DUI arrest. These three guys say that Lindsay was “angry and aggressive” and were freaked out that Lindsay Lohan had jumped into their car and then proceeded to tear up the streets of Santa Monica. Although no one was injured, the boys say they were traumatized by Lindsay’s angry and intoxicated driving.

“Dante and Jakon continued to implore Lohan to slow down, stating specifically that she was endangering all of their lives and that they could be killed,” the lawsuit says. “Lohan refused to slow or stop, but instead responded with abusive cursing and vulgar language, including a statement that she did not care about the risk of death.”

Lindsay’s lawyer calls BS and says these guys were having a great time, “These guys had the night of their lives, playing with the radio and leaving the vehicle at one point and getting back in,” he says.
