After weeks of hiding her reported new breast implants, Kate Hudson showed the new girls off in a slinky little dress Thursday night at a Chopard Jewelry party.

Also on hand, gorgeous and GOOPy Gwyneth Paltrow and and cute as a button Christina Ricci. Doesn’t she look just like a little fairy in that fab green dress?

Jessica Alba and Kate Hudson look like BFF’s at The Killer Inside Me premier in New York City Tuesday night.

Held as part of the 2010 Tribeca Film Festival, the usually gorgeous Kate and Jess are not sporting their best looks to this movie premiere. I normally HEART everything Kate wears to big events..but not digging the boring black dress and don’t get me started on that grecian mess that Alba is wearing.

The movie was supposed to be some breakthrough in the thriller/horror genre, but the reviews are mixed. You can read a spoiler recap after the jump, but I think I’ll still see it just because I know Casey Affleck can pull off a psychopath. Have you seen him in The Assassination of Jesse James By The Coward Robert Ford? No? Go Netflix it right now. He is AWESOME. Nothing like that cheeseball brother of his.

No, I don’t really believe that Kate Hudson is pregnant. We hear celeb pregnancy rumors on a daily basis and 99.9% of the time they are not true. Think Penelope Cruz.

But there is certainly good reason to speculate that Kate might have a bun in the oven. Perhaps her new, bigger boobs aren’t the result of the smallest breast augmentation ever but because she has pregnancy boobs. Probably not..but maybe.

Here are two sets of pictures from the past few days that show a tiny tummy pooch and also Kate putting that tell-tale protective hand over the belly.

Kate Hudson, Heidi Montag and even Madonna have drawn criticism from 80′s supermodel Paula Porizkova, who says she was “heartbroken” by before-and-after images of them.

I get slamming on Heidi Montag and Madonna. They look like franken-versions of their former selves anymore. But come on, Paula Porizkova….get off Kate Hudson’s ass. First of all..we don’t even know for sure if she had any plastic surgery and if she did she had the smallest breast augmentation ever.

On Kate Hudson:

“The before: an amazingly fit, gorgeous, small-breasted young woman in a to-die-for red bikini; in the other, a blond starlet sipping a latte,” she writes. “The cup size was undeniably different..If big boobs make her happier, then more power to her,” she continues. But it’s “so much a sign of our times, and one that truly saddens me,” she adds.

Praising “elegant, feline sexiness” of classic movie stars / models Twiggy and Audrey Hepburn, Porizkova also slammed Heidi Montag’s plastic surgery.

“Comparing these natural beauties to someone like Heidi Montag is like comparing a Hastens Swedish handmade mattress to a cheap plastic pool float.”

On Madonna she commented, “Madonna no longer looks like Madonna: what started as a sexy, well shaped, and somewhat hairy girl ended as a cool Nordic blonde. She is starting to sort of melt away into the stew.”

Us Weekly is trying to convince the gossip-sphere that they only flat-chested starlet left in Hollywood finally gave in and saw the surgeon. The mag says Kate had the procedure done in March and is just now starting to flaunt her new curves.

Yes, Kate does look a bit larger in these recent bikini pictures..but not so much that it looks like she got an enhancement. I mean, do they even make implants that small?

Kate gained some weight during some down time last year…remember all those belly bump pregnancy rumors? Maybe she just managed to hang on to some of that. Or maybe they do make B cup implants and she went that route to keep from end up looking like Franken-Heidi and get blasted by the tabs.
