Jude Law Hits Female Photographer In The FacePosted on: July 23, 2009
Jude Law was just starting to get his groove back…he got rave reviews for playing Hamlet and now the show is heading to Broadway..he hooked up with Cameron Diaz this week..all was gooood. Then this happened. One of those crazy stupid incidents that will be a huge pain in his ass for the next year while this chick tries to sue him. Jude was leaving a celebrity dinner party at Automat in Dover Street, Mayfair when the paparazzi got out of hand..he swatted out blind from camera flashes and in the end some chick got a Jude Law bitch slap upside the face. The photographer claims that Jude intentionally struck her, telling The Sun , “He hit me full on the face, it was a real stinger, it was very sore.” However, a rep for the actor claims it was an accident and that Jude inadvertently hit the woman when he went to shield his face from a camera flash. “This is all nonsense. Last night’s incident was an accident…He apologized and left. Pictures of this sort can often be misleading,” the rep added.

Heath Ledger’s Last Co-Stars Donate Salary To His DaughterPosted on: August 19, 2008
Not everyone in Hollywood is a selfish, self-centered A-hole. Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell were all so concerned about the state of Heath Ledger’s final will that they donated their entire salaries from The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus to little Matilda. All four actors played versions of the character Tim in the fantasy epic directed by Terry Gilliam.
Director Terry Gilliam, 67, said: “They didn’t take money — it goes to Heath’s daughter. That’s extraordinary! And wonderful . . . and when you’re part of that, you think, ‘Ah, this is maybe why I went into the movies in the beginning. I thought it would be full of wonderful people. And we’ve got a movie full of wonderful people who did extraordinary things to help.” That’s a nice little savings account for little Mattie. And what a great feel-good story to read before you scroll down to the next story. Be warned. It involves …well read for yourself. It’s not pretty.
