Benji Madden won his bout with former MTV DJ Riki Rachtman (did I say C-List..I meant Z-List) and then took his sweetheart Holly Madison to dinner at 120 steakhouse to celebrate.

Benji beat so Riki so bad the ref had to call the fight. HA! Rachtman later tweeted, ” “Benji Madden just kicked my a**. I got wasted by the guy in Good Charlotte.” Benji responded, “That was the best backhanded congratulations I’ve ever gotten, but thanks anyways.”
