Kim Kardashian managed to get her huge booty up in the middle of the Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubrey split.

In late November, the reality starlet and Canadian model Gabriel Aubry caught a Lakers game and stepped out to watch the movie Burlesque. They then quietly went their separate ways, and by early December, Kardashian was dating pro basketball player Kris Humphries.

While the date seemed to be no big deal to Kim and Gabe…it pissed Halle OFF.

“Halle was very upset,” says a source close to the actress. “She was upset at the idea of someone like that being in her daughter’s life. She did not want a reality star in Nahla’s life. She was very aggravated.”

“Halle couldn’t care less who Gabriel dates,” says this source. “She just didn’t want Nahla exposed to the cameras that are undoubtedly around a reality star.”

I can understand that. I mean who wants their ex and kids getting Kardashian cooties? Gabe’s people say there was never any chance that he would take his daughter around Kim or her constant cameras but somehow the time he spent with Kim has become an issue in the dirty custody battle over Nahla.

I was so wrong about these two. I was sure they were going to peacefully co-parent their daughter Nahla after their split last year. But things are anything but peaceful between Halle Berry and Gariel Aubry at this point.

“Once they broke up he became verbally threatening to Halle,” Aubry’s former friend and business partner Stephane Bibeau tells PEOPLE in this week’s cover story. “He is a vindictive guy.” Bibeau and other sources close to Berry, 44, claim that Aubry, 35, has used a racial slur against her.

“That’s just unacceptable,” a source close to the actress says. “The fact is that Gabriel is a caring father who shares custody of Nahla,” according to a statement released by Aubry’s rep Tuesday.

It’s a classic he said/she said thing. In the beginning it seemed they were both willing to share custody without any drama, but since then money has gotten in the way and words have been said that have changed the course of this little girls life forever. Someone needs to tell them both to get it together and get over themselves. I’m not sure what Halle’s problem is but most sources say that Gabe big issue is monetary. Read: he wants child support from Halle.

There is so much Oscar buzz surrounding Halle Berry’s role in Frankie & Alice that I expected have my little sock knocked right off from this trailer…but…I’m just not sure how I feel about it yet.

It seems a bit low budget but it does have a kick ass cast. Multiple personality movies never turn out to be that great. Remember that John Cusak in Identity?

Halle Berry don’t need to sit around and cry over her baby daddy Gabriel Aubrey. According to People she has moved on with sexy new co-star. Who also happens to be her same age…since the cougar thing didn’t work out with Gabe this could be a smart move on her part.

Halle has been spotted cozying up to her Dark Tide costar Olivier Martinez, 44, in his hometown of Paris. The two have been seen smooching and exploring the city, embracing a Hollywood-style romance straight out of a movie.

“It was the classic ‘I’m going to kiss you here in a dark corner’ move,” an onlooker tells PEOPLE of Berry and Martinez’s romantic romp. “And she was waiting to be kissed.”

The duo spent Sunday afternoon combing through the streets arm in arm, taking in a pit stop at the Paris flea market.

“They had their arms around each other as they walked,” an onlooker tells PEOPLE. “They were both smiling and laughing Their body language was very flirtatious. They definitely seemed like a couple – absolutely looked like more than friends.”

The two sped off on Martinez’s motorcycle before dining at the intimate Casa Bini restaurant. After dinner, Martinez led Berry on a cozy back-streets tour of the St. Germain district at dusk, including Place Saint-Sulpice and its fountain. En route to his Paris pad, the couple stopped along a narrow street and kissed in a doorway for two minutes, says an onlooker.

This is nice to see, no? I mostly report about the ridiculousness of celebrity but at least there is one set of Hollywood parents doing the right thing for their kid even though they have split.
