Jessica Simpson has re-hired her “food cop” that helped her get in shape to wear those tiny shorts in The Dukes of Hazzard. Food coach Mike Alexander will help Jess stick to her strict 1250 calorie a day diet so she can follow through with her 20 pounds in 8 weeks weight loss plan.
Star magazine reports that Jessica is such a stress eater that she just can’t be trusted on her own and if she is going to get back in shape she has to have someone with her 24/7 to get her diet on track.
“She just can’t resist junk food. She literally needs to be watched 24/7. Jessica has a problem with binge eating, which is usually triggered by stress… The snitch adds, “Jessica’s most recent violation was indulging in the terrible trio of chicken wings, nachos, and booze at the Great Dane Pub in Madison Wisconsin.”
