Breakout Twilight star Anna Kendrick is not only the most talented of the vampire saga’s cast, she is also funny. In an interview on The Ellen Degeneres Show that will air on January 8th, Anna tells a hilarious story about George Clooney being jealous of Robert Pattinson.

“George gave me such a hard time about shooting Twilight. Whenever I came back, it was like, ‘Oh, sorry, this isn’t the Twilight set. You’re not working with Mr. Handsome.’ He called Rob ‘Mr. Handsome.’ ”

So Anna got Mr. Handsome to autograph his April GQ cover for George. Since it seemed Clooney was having a hard time dealing with this newbie dreamboat, Pattz obliged with this encouraging message:

“To George: Best of Luck. Hang in there. Love, Rob.”

Clooney, king of the jokes, returned the favor, signing his May 2009 Esquire cover to Rob with:

“Dear Rob: Thanks for all the inspiration. I’m a huge fan. Love, George (two-time Sexiest Man Alive)”

The New Moon promotional craziness is about to blow up kids. We are about to see all of our favorite reluctant movie stars shilling the new flick, but of course everyone is most interested in seeing Robert Pattinson’s pretty-boy face. Odd that even though New Moon is really all about Jacob and Bella…Edward is still getting all the love.

Rob will be a guest on “Ellen” in a new episode airing November 20, the day “New Moon” hits theaters. The interview, however, will be taped on November 17.

To prove the old line your mom used to throw at you…”Who ever told you life is fair?” Edward’s abs are sooo painted on in New Moon but Jacob’s are real. Taylor Lautner must just want to clock Rob Pattinson in his chiseled jaw.

There are so many things wrong with the Ellen DeGeneres/Lindsay Lohan interview that I don’t even know where to begin. First of all…after Ellen’s horrible ordeal with Anne Heche pretending to be a lesbian…I can’t believe she didn’t call Lindsay out on doing the same thing.  I guess the fact that she was publicly humiliated convinced Ellen to give her a break.

Lindsay, of course, played the victim during the interview claiming that she never wanted her life to be tabloid fodder and she was literally blinded-sided by the break-up. I’m sure Sam never tried to talk LiLo into going back to rehab or to stop spending all her money. (Insert your own sarcastic eye roll here.) I am quite sure most of those big-nasty-public fights they had were over Lindsay’s out of control behavior

“I didn’t get into this business to be a celebrity on the cover of tabloids, and I’ve been a target—and I’m not that interesting,” the 22-year-old actress insisted during an interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show airing Thursday.

“I had no idea what was going on,” Lohan recalled of the days leading up to her admission to E! News that she and girlfriend Samantha Ronson were taking a break. “I just hadn’t seen her in like a week. She like, disappeared.”
But the split was not due to her roving eye or anything like that, Lohan said, as she began disproving her own comment about not being interesting.

“I don’t believe in cheating on someone.”
