The press circuit is so rough on the Twilight actors that newbie Bryce Dallas Howard is already preparing for the stress by doing a hard-core detox.

As I’m sure you all already know, Bryce will be replacing Rachelle Lefevre as Victoria in Eclipse. The cast must have regaled her with stories about the insane amount of attention she is going to get next summer when Eclipse is released.

A source close to the redheaded starlet says she is trying to drop 20 pounds in time for the Eclipse press tour, scheduled around the June 2010 release date. The method, our in-the-know insider spills, is a detox cleanse requiring her to avoid all oils—in her system and on the exterior of her body. Including lip gloss..can someone please explain this crazy plan to me?

“Bryce began her detox about two weeks ago, and it will last about 40 days,” says our source with intimate knowledge on the sitch. ”She does this twice a year to get rid of all the bad toxins in her body, and of course, as a weight-loss system. She is starting to diet early because she knows the press tour is going to be grueling and that a lot of the media focus and attention will be on her.”

Howard’s rep denies she is doing this extreme of a cleanse.

“Bryce is not looking to lose 20 pounds,” says her rep, Stephen Huvane. “She does cleanse from time to time, but the one you describe is not at all what she has done in the past or has any plans to do.”

Still, Howard’s pal insists she has started the diet, which prohibits her from consuming any oil products and from using any oil based beauty supplements—including lip gloss!

Less than a month before the second Twilight flick New Moon is set to hit the theaters, the third one has finally completed filming.

The movie’s director, David Slade, took to his Twitter page to announce that production officially wrapped in Vancouver, Canada, at 4:30 p.m. Thursday.

“Physically and emotionally exhausted,” he wrote.

The entire cast has left Vancouver, where the entire movie was shot, and headed back to L.A. There was even a report that although Rob Pattinson finished his last scene a full day before Kristen Stewart, that he waited in Vancouver for her so they could fly back together. Sweet, no?

So anywho..the entire cast has the weekend to rest then they gotta paste on smiles and do every tv day time and late night talk show to promote the new movie. No rest for the weary.

No story…just your daily Twilight fix. This time it’s Ashley Greene testing out costume for her character Alice Cullen.

It’s a good thing the costume designers put some much time and thought into what makes the cut for these extraordinary characters. Some of this choices are a giant FAIL..but Alice looked perfect in the movie.

It is so refreshing to see Kristen Stewart looking not-like-Joan-Jett anymore.

The black mullett KS was forced to wear for the Runaways flick was just about ruining my whole Twilight addiction. Everytime I thought about Bella those dirty looking black layers popped up in my head. ~~Shiver~~~

Anyway..it looks like the powers that be have decided to go with a Bella wig for the filming of Eclipse. These candids look like they are from Bella’s graduation.

I know KS is ripping that rat nest off everynight before she crawls in to bed with Rob Pattinson..but I’m going to imagine that this is her real hair now.
