Sorry for the lack of posts today. Honestly, I still wasn’t over the romance of the wedding and then the Osama announcement…it’s just too much to take at once.  When was the last time there was so much good going on at once?

So I’ve been doing what every other dreamy eyed girl has been doing today. Scouring the gossip blogs and tabs for any bit of Will and Kate minutia I can find and then reading about how some Navy Seal bad asses threw Osama’s dead body overboard. It’s a good day.

Not much other celeb gossip is going to get noticed today. Except maybe this….Rick Springfield busted for DUI. What? You don’t care about Rick Springfield? Are you crazy? Don’t you realize he was once Dr. Noah Drake on General Hospital?

It’s taken years but booze hound Christina Aguilera was finally arrested for being drunk! Christina and her boyfriend were pulled over at around 2:45am this morning for driving erratically. Matthew Rutler was arrested for DUI and Xtina was booked for public intoxication.

Cops say the deputies determined Aguilera was also “extremely intoxicated” … and since she was unable to care for herself, Aguilera was taken into custody.  Aguilera was booked for public intoxication — and according to the booking sheet, she was listed at 5’2″ and 100 lbs.

She’s only clocking in at 100lbs so that bloated look she has lately really is from the booze.

My Name Is Earl star Jaime Pressly was arrested for suspicion of DUI in Santa Monica last night around 11pm. The police pulled her over for committed a traffic violation and she then failed a field sobriety test.

She was taken to the Santa Monica jail. More to come…can’t wait to see the mug shot!

Normally this level of Z -list celebrity news wouldn’t make any gossip blogs, but the mugshot that goes along with it makes it worth a quick peek.

Lisa Robin Kelly who played Eric Foreman’s older and slutty sister on That 70′s Show has pled guilty to drunk driving in North Carolina and been sentenced to one year of probation.

Lisa was mysteriously replaced and mostly written out after season 5, probably because after her character jumped the shark and married Fez there was really nothing else the writers could do for her. This story is particularly interesting to me because I have just rediscovered this sitcom on TeenNick and watch it when my insomnia shows it’s ugly head. I was wondering what happened to her…no really. I was.

This could be a good thing. If she works this just right she just might land a gig on next season’s Dancing and/or Skating with the Stars..or even better Celebrity Rehab.

Lisa is not the only one that didn’t make out of the 70′s alive. Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are really the only ones out of the entire (very talented ) cast that went on to have respectable careers. Unless you count that Handy Manny thing.

At the time of this posting Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil was sitting in the Clark County, Nevada jail waiting to be bailed out for DUI.

This is not Vince’s first time at the DUI rodeo…you may or may not remember (depending on how old you are) the ugly mess Vince himself in back in 1984.

Vince spent a measly 30 days in jail and was fined $2.5 million for driving drunk in the 1984 car crash, which cost his passenger and good friend, HANOI ROCKS star Razzle his life. That’s  how The Crue rolled back in the 80′s. They were so big even vehicular homicide only cost him 30 days in the slammer. Vince said many times since then it wasn’t enough and he continues to be haunted by his friends death to this day.

He’s never really been the same since and his addiction problems have just gotten worse over the years.
