One of my favorite celebrity couples has split. Or so says TMZ.

Their sources say that Ashlee Simpson has filed for divorce from her baby daddy and hubby of two years Pete Wentz. The same source says there is no cheating involved and the reason for the split is simply because Ashlee can’t handle Pete’s erratic behavior.

“Erratic behavior” of a celeb often means drug use, but Pete has always been open about his depression and bi-polar issues so it could just be that she finds it to difficult to deal with his highs and lows.

Either way it sucks. I really liked them.

UPDATE: I just found out that Ashlee had no pre-nup agreement with Pete and since her career is non-existent she is most likely using the bi-polar / erratic behavior angle to get more moolah. In the court papers she asked for custody of Bronx, child support and spousal support.

I’m afraid this is going to get ugly because Pete doesn’t seem the type to let his kid be taken away. Now that I think about it, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a picture of Ashlee out with Bronx but pics of Pete and the boy pop up all the time.

Well, at least Papa Joe has his little girl back. Beware..bad movies and a country album are on the way!

So Disney queen Demi Lovato is supposed to be in treatment for an eating disorder and her issues with cutting herself. Which, of course are much more appropriate problems for a teenager to have than major drug and alcohol addiction. While Disney says one thing..other sources (Life & Style) are reporting that Demi is heading down the Lindsay Lohan road.

The intense pressure on Demi Lovato reached a breaking point when reps for the young star announced she “left her tour to seek medical treatment for emotional and physical issues she has dealt with for some time,” issues such as cutting and eating disorders.Now, new eyewitnesses confirm to Life & Style those problems are only exacerbated by the teenager’s heavy drinking and partying. Texas college student Brian Payne clearly remembers the night he spent hanging with Demi in North Richland Hills, Texas, where he saw her firsthand doing cocaine at a mutual friend’s house party on Dec. 28 last year. “She was doing line after line like a pro – and she was 17 at the time,” he tells Life & Style, recalling the wild party they attended after a concert by the band Neon Indian at the Granada Theater in Dallas. “I just remember her doing it as if she had been doing it for a long time. It didn’t seem like something new to her.”

Insiders say the pain of her breakup with Joe Jonas – and the fact that they’re on the Camp Rock 2 tour together – further fueled her downward spiral. “Demi’s been on a tear lately,” says an insider. “She’ll chug booze straight from the bottle.” Luckily for Demi, her mother and stepfather were quick to take action after they heard that she had punched a tour backup dancer in the face. “They overheard one of the dancers talking about it and freaked out,” says the insider. “They heard Demi was drinking, but the news that her partying was getting out of control shocked them – and they confronted her immediately.”

“This is a young girl who got caught up in the fame and fortune of Hollywood and couldn’t see straight anymore,” says another insider. “She had eating issues and emotional issues, and everything else got hitched along with that.”

This is so…gross (for lack of a better word) that I almost didn’t post it.

But then I remember my responsibility to bring you the freshest and juiciest celebrity gossip out there..so here we go.

Ryan Simkin, a former ‘Girls Gone Wild’ cameraman, wrote a tell-all book, and GGW founder Joe Francis has sued to stop its release. During the court proceedings a passage from the book alleging that Paris Hilton smuggled drugs in a Camel cigarette box hidden in a private place was revealed.

Simkin writes that Francis once ordered him to deliver a box of cocaine and ecstasy to Hilton before a trip to Europe:

“I asked if she was flying private, and she said, ‘No, commercial.’ And then as politely as I could, I asked her how she planned on traveling with that amount of blow and X. She held the box in her right hand, and then with an underhand swoop like a lower case J, she demonstrated exactly how she intended to beat airport security. She even whistled as she did it. A little alley-oop with the Camel Box, straight up her snatch. Classic.”

Bad-boy rapper T.I. and his new wife Tameka “Tiny” Cottle were both arrested Wednesday for possession of a controlled substance in West Hollywood.

Police smelled alleged marijuana coming from their car and placed them under arrest after “a narcotics investigation ensued,” Los Angeles sheriff’s deputy Mark Pope told The Associated Press. Still no word on what specific drugs were found.

I’m not sure but I’m pretty sure this dude just got out of prison on a gun charge and is still on probation for buying illegal machine guns. I mean really… how stupid is that? What the hell is he going to do with an illegal-freaking-machine-gun in his MTV cribs McMansion?

Ugh. I just don’t have time for this kind of stupid in my day. Moving on.

In other words…she’s an addict. Shocker.

After Tila tweeted some major lies about the company and it’s clients, including the whopper that one of the bodyguards fathered her baby..the company was forced to issue a press release denying that fact and letting a few of Tila’s skeletons out of the closet.
