So Dr. Drew has a new show about to debut on HLN and he needs to drum up some interest so he is making some pretty bold statements about the Brangelina. Dr. Drew, out of nowhere and for no apparent reason, has declared that Angelina Jolie is a heroin addict and Brad Pitt is an unfeeling robot because otherwise he would have never left Jennifer Aniston.

Just add up a couple things. There’s no such thing as ‘I was a heroin addict.’ That doesn’t exist in nature. Something is going on with [her] addiction. Or she’s in recovery. And I don’t see any evidence that’s the case. So we’ve got one person who’s a heroin addict. Which is a chronic lifelong condition, period. We have another person who has said things like, “Well, Jennifer [Aniston] was into long-term relationships, that’s just her way of looking at things.” I mean, that demeaning attitude towards other people’s emotions. Now put those two people together and you have got a really volatile situation. And they’re constantly creating things to weld themselves together. Which is only going to serve to make a more nuclear eruption. There will be some sort of meltdown that will be phenomenal when it does happen.”

I think the reason Dr. Drew has decided to tell the world his opinion on the beautiful ones is probably self-serving, but he could be right. The Angelina/control heroin addiction rumor has been around a long time and he was right about Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan way before everyone was ready to admit that drugs was the problem.

On first glance of the new cast for Dr. Drew’s newest season of Celebrity Rehab I thought it was gonna be a snooze-fest. But then I realized I didn’t see that it was actually Celebrity SEX Rehab. Sweet!

In a spin-off of the famous Vh1 reality series ‘Celebrity Rehab’, Dr. Drew will be counseling eight patients for 21 days for their raging sex addictions. Which..FYI is one of the most common of the addictions. Just ask Russell Brand and Lindsay Lohan.

During 21 days, eight patients will have one-on-one and group therapy to guide them in the difficult process of overcoming their addiction. Dr. Drew hopes to use his patients to humanize the process and show viewers that treatment is a viable way to break the cycle of addiction.

The most famous patient is Kari Ann Peniche, the chick that was video taped rolling around nude with Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart.

Premieres November 1st.

Last Friday sCelebrity Rehab’s Dr. Drew Pinsky told Parade Magazine that Lindsay Lohan was no where near being sober and getting well. In fact, he said it would take a major setback of epic proportions to get her to straighten up. Drew said he’s, “really convinced that something horrible is going to have to happen to [Lindsay] before she really gets over [her addictions]…I have this image that she’s going to lose a limb or something before she does.”

In reponse to that public diagnosis, Lindsay tweeted that  “I thought REAL doctors talk to patients in offices behind closed doors. Am I wrong? Hmmmmm. I think NOT! Yay!”

She does have a point that Drew talks about celebs that he does not personally  know alot…but hey…he was right about Britney Spears. He previously trash-talked Angelina Jolie (whom he claims was at one time a herion-addict) for her charity work because she’s not in a recovery program over 10 years after she used drugs. Drew said “people in recovery invest themselves in simple, selfless acts of service, not global self-serving acts.” He also speculated that Tom Cruise was abused as a child in order to explain his involvement in the Scientology cult.
