Paris Hilton’s most recent ex, Doug Reinhardt has had a taste of the spotlight  and wants to stay in it! Dougie is trying to stay relevant and make sure someone watches his new reality show by dating Miss USA Rima Fakih.

Back in the day, no one even knew when a Miss USA pageant was held, much less what the winners name was. But these girls are getting just skanky enough that the press picks them up and they get an extra fifteen minutes. Rima was just crowned this week and already she’s involved in a pole-dancing scandal..currently being investigated by the pageant.

“They met through friends and have been talking and seeing each other,” the source says. “He flew to NYC to do press but knew she would be here and they would get together. She’s flying to L.A. to see him next week,” adds the insider. “It’s very new, but they’re having a good time. She made him watch the Miss USA pageant.”

Side note: Doug’s “new show” is called The Reinhardts: Family Comes First. Sounds like a winner.

Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt are definitley back together.

He managed to hold on a lot longer than we thought he would, but Doug Reinhardt just didn’t have the goods to keep Paris Hilton on the hook. It’s not his fault though…she gets super bored with boys and pets and neither ever make it past the 6 month mark.

“In response to the inquiry on whether Paris Hilton has split up with Doug Reinhardt, yes, this is true they are no longer together. They remain friends and ask that you please respect their privacy,” a rep for Hilton says.

Of course, Doug is crushed and begging Paris to take him back..because..well…now he has to go back to work.

Since she couldn’t make it happen with Benji Madden (or any other celebrity for that matter) Paris Hilton has decided that she’ll settle for someone who is cashing in on his fifteen minutes.

Unlike Lindsay Lohan, Paris and Doug Reinhardt did get into last night’s I Heart Ronson for JCPenney party and they were both just chattering away about how in love they are.

“We’re best friends,” Paris said. “It’s not like we just met. We’ve known each other over the past year. I was in a relationship before and we reconnected. I’m really in love and really happy.”

As for the rumors that the two are engaged, it hasn’t happened yet, but it seems to be in the future for the two. “You never know,” Doug said. ”He’s going to be my husband,” Paris giggled.

If that information means nothing to you, maybe this will. He has already slept with Lauren Conrad and cute little Amanda Bynes. Also, his dad invented the frozen burrito.
