David Boreanaz continues his quest to beat out Tiger Woods as the biggest triflin’ cheatin’ male celebrity. But instead of another affair this time he is being sued for sexual harassment by an extra on his show Bones.

Actress Kristina Hagan (pictured with David) has filed a lawsuit against Angel claiming he sexually harassed last August while she was an extra on his show.

In the lawsuit, Kristina says that David first approached her to ask for her headshot and cell number. David told her he was the boss and could make things happen for her. Kristina goes on to claim that in August of 2009, David started sending her dirty text messages including a picture of his penis. Why do men think we want to see that thing pop up on our iPhones?

For some reason after the penis text, Kristina was driving in a car with David when he pulled over and tried to kiss her. She says when she refused, he whipped it out and took care of business himself right there in front of her. So I’m thinking she stopped being alone with him after that, right? Wrong.  A few weeks later, David once again jacked off in front of Kristina in his trailer. Kristina states she kept hanging with him because  he kept promising her acting roles.

Kristina is also suing Fox, because they ignored her when she complained about David. If all this is true it’s heinous behavior. But would this chick be suing him if he had followed through on his promise to get her a job? Probably not. It’s a sick world, kids.

So it turns out that although David Boreanaz did have an affair with Rachel Uchitel right about the time his wife gave birth to their daughter..she was not the woman that was trying to extort him.Whoever that chick is has hired Gloria Allred and it’s sure to be a big, ugly mess.

In true Tiger Wood’s fashion..another woman has stepped forward to claim that she is numero three! Gina Rodriguez aka Demi Delia…a porn star says she was sleeping with his last year too.

Now, RadarOnline.com has discovered that Boreanaz hooked up with Rodriguez, a 43-year-old mother-of-two, at a private house party last Easter in a house formerly owned by the Olsen twins in Encino, California. He was also with her several other times. Ironically, Rodriguez, whose porn name is Demi Delia, was married to male porn star Randy Spears and she currently manages another one of Tiger’s mistresses, Joslyn James!

Before she was bonking Tiger Woods, Rachel Uchitel was trying to bust up David Boreanaz’s marriage. Boreanaz has admitted to the affair and claimed that Uchitel was trying to extort him to keep quiet about their relationship. Instead of paying her..he went public and good for him for admitted he F***ed-up and coming clean.

Now someone has released some desperate texts from Uchitel to Boreanaz showing just how needy and home-wrecking she really is. (Not that I think 99% of the blame falls on the married person..but still…there are tons of single men in the world Rachel. Leave the married ones alone.)

In the messages, Uchitel tells Boreanaz that she is unable to go see him in LA and urges him to come see her in NY instead, writing, “I
need you here so we can be together.”

Boreanaz tells her, “This is not a good time.”

His wife Jamie was pregnant with the couple’s second child at the time of his affair with Uchitel.

Uchitel erupts in anger and writes, “I can’t do this anymore…Just go.

“Just (bleeping) go and be with her.”

This causes Boreanaz to get angry and he writes: “Why do u act like such a (bleeping) child!!!

“She is my wife”

But that doesn’t cause Uchitel to back off and she replies:

“Oh, please!!”

She grows more furious with him and writes:

“You’re such a liar. You’re never leaving. You’ve wasted my time and I’m once again alone.”

She adds: “I can’t (bleeping) be alone anymore. I’ve been alone my entire life.”

And Boreanaz fights back, writing, “What the HELL are you talking about. We spend more than enough time together.”

Say it ain’t so!!!!  Angel/aka/Seeley Booth does not cheat on his wife. But his real life counter-part does. David Boreanaz has come clean and admitted to having to being unfaithful to his wife of nine years, Jaime Bergman.

But don’t think he’s had some attack of conscience or anything…he is going public because his mistress is trying to extort him!

“I was associated with a woman who I was involved with and had a relationship with,” he said. “She asked for money. I felt as though I was being blackmailed or there was some sort of extortion.”

Although David hasn’t  identified the harlot, it’s widely known that he had an affair with Tiger Woods mistress Rachel Uchitel for months last year while his wife was pregnant with their second child. Ugh. I hate when hot men I love cheat.

So I got a little bit worried when I read that a Backstreet Boy had contracted the swine flu, not too much but a little. But when I read that production had completely shut down on Bones..I started freaking out.

The shows creator twitter about the swine flu outbreak on set:

“First time in Bones history we are shut down from production,” Hart Hanson tweeted. “Damn swine flu! That’s gonna cut into Christmas hiatus.”

A show spokesperson confirms that among those sidelined is leading man David Boreanaz, although it’s unclear if he actually has the H1N1 bug. “David is out with the flu and the show shut down today since he was in every scene,” says the rep. “We hope to resume production tomorrow.”

Hanson later clarified via Twitter that “there is no indication that Boreanaz has swine flu. We expect him back tomorrow. I’m now going out to get swine flu myself in atonement.”

This is getting way too real people. Thank God True Blood, Lost and Rescue Me aren’t filming right now. . And God forbid it hit the cast of Twilight: Eclipse in Vancouver. I don’t think I could handle it. It’s bad enough that I might be late getting my Angel fix.
