When I went to bed last night after watching 20/20 all was good at the Sober Valley Lodge . But as soon as I turned on this morning I found out that Brooke Mueller finally grew a pair and got her kids away from Charlie Sheen and the goddessess.

And Charlie is pissed. Because now Brooke is WINNING.

A judge temporarily stripped Charlie Sheen of custody of his twin sons Tuesday, after Brooke Mueller submitted a declaration in which she alleged Charlie said, “I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom” … TMZ has learned.Brooke’s lawyer got a temporary restraining order against Charlie, prohibiting him from going near her.  The judge also ordered Charlie to surrender their twin boys — Bob and Max — to Brooke while the TRO remains in effect.

According to legal docs, Brooke also claims … on February 23 Charlie threw a phone inside his house and then with a penknife in hand, threatened to stick it in Brooke’s eye.

Charlie’s team is furious that the order was issued and plans to go to court tomorrow in an attempt to undo it.

Charlie twittered Tuesday night, “My sons are fine … My path is now clear …. Defeat is not an option!”

Yep. The rock star from Mars has found a new outlet for his rants.

Michael Jackson purposely left Debbie Rowe out of his will stating, “I have intentionally omitted to provide for my former wife, Deborah Jean Rowe Jackson,” so she has decided to go about getting her paper another way…through the kids.

“We had an agreement… he didn’t keep his end,” Rowe said, referring to Jackson’s death.

“I want my children,” Rowe said during a 90-minute phone conversation Thursday morning with NBCLA’s Chuck Henry.

Rowe is also seeking a restraining order to keep Jackson’s father, Joe Jackson, away from the children. “I am stepping up,” Rowe said Thursday morning. “I have to.”

Although a  judge already granted Michael’s mother Katherine temporary custody of the kids, and Michael’s Will stated that he wanted his mother to gain full custody…there will still be a hearing on July 13th. You can bet your bottom dollar Rowe, her attorney and maybe even the fat dermatologist who was the sperm donor will be there with bells on.

Maybe crazy-ass LaToya will show up and give that blonde biatch a proper Jackson family beat-down.

Of course any woman who would marry and have babies for Michael Jackson can’t really be right in the head, but Debbie Rowe is shocking the world by announcing that she does not want custody of the two kids she bore for MJ.

Debbie – mother of Prince, 12, and Paris, 11 – said she was artificially inseminated by an anonymous donor. And she told how, despite Jackson’s death, she does not WANT custody of the children and NEVER expects to see them again.

The world was amazed 13 years ago when Jacko announced he was expecting his first child with Debbie, a receptionist at a Beverly Hills dermatology clinic where he regularly went for skin treatments.

Speaking exclusively at her home Debbie said: “Michael was divorced, lonely and wanted children. I was the one who said to him, ‘I will have your babies’. I offered him my womb – it was a gift. It was something I did to keep him happy. After second birth he wanted no more to do with me.”

Debbie said she was “impregnated” like one of the thoroughbred mares she now keeps on her property, adding: “I was just the vessel. It wasn’t Michael’s sperm. I got paid for it, and I’ve moved on. I know I will never see my children again.”

The two big questions surrounding Michael Jackson’s death are what the hell is going on with that live-in doctor and who is going to get the kids. The police will be questioning the shady doctor later this afternoon so we’ll hear more about that soon.

As for the kids, sources say that they are literally begging to stay with their paternal grandmother Katherine Jackson at the family’s Encino home. Michael Joseph, Jr., Paris Michael Katherine and Prince “Blanket” Michael II have no relationship with their biological mother, Debbie Rowe and the family is prepared to fight for custody.

We’re told the family is 100 percent behind this — feeling that Katherine and Joe Jackson are the only people who can help the children understand who their father was, help them grieve, and teach them to deal with life in the spotlight.  We’re also told the kids are healthy but, as expected, they “miss their daddy.”

Remember when Denise Richards called for an emergency child custody hearing last week? Turns out she falsely accused Charlie Sheen of molesting their two daughters and now Chuck is going to be suing for full custody of the kids by charging that their mother is a big fat lair.

Sources say that Denise was desperate for some good content for her reality show that is doing so poorly in the ratings that E! is most likely not going to renew for another season.

“She thinks a court battle would be good for ratings so she wants all overnight visits with the girls ceased, and monitored visits with her nanny. She invited the media circus to the hearing and even wanted reporters in the judge’s chambers – which wasn’t allowed. It’s ridiculous.”

This recent move has Charlie more furious than ever and plans to sue her in civil court for defamation as well.
