Yesterday some semi-nude and sexy personal pictures of Christina Aguilera hit the internet. They look like the typical home pics taken specifically to drum up publicity but Xtina’s people say she was the victim of a hacker.

Christina Aguilera and her team are speaking out after personal photos of hers were leaked online earlier today.

“The photos of Christina Aguilera being leaked to the press were illegally obtained by a hacker who tapped into Christina’s personal stylist’s account,” her rep told JustJared.com in a statement. “The photos were taken in the privacy of Ms. Aguilera’s home and were used only in a personal exchange between the star and her stylist.”

“We find the actions of the hackers and the press who purchased and/or obtained these photos to be irresponsible and actionable. We are attempting to determine the identity of the hackers and will pursue them aggressively. Their conduct is reprehensible,” Christina’s rep added.

Most people think Christina Aguilera divorced her husband because she has been a  a lipstick lesbian secretly for years. If that was the case why would she run from one hot dog to another?

“Things were so unhealthy and unhappy for both Jordan and me, I knew I had to end it,” the Burlesque star, 29, tells PEOPLE in an exclusive interview. “I really didn’t want to hurt Jordan, and I felt torn about splitting our family up.”

The decision to end her marriage of five years was not easy for Aguilera, but she strongly felt she had to do what she thought best for her and Jordan’s 2-year-old son.

“When you’re unhappy in your marriage, your children are the ones who suffer,” says the Grammy-winning pop singer, whose own parents’ tumultuous relationship led to divorce when she was 7. “That’s the last thing I wanted for my son.”
As soon as the ink dried on the those divorce filings she started being seen out in Los Angeles and New York City with Matthew Rutler, a set assistant on Burlesque.

“He’s the kind of person you could spend hours with on the phone talking to and all of a sudden it’s daylight,” she says.

We’ve all noticed that Christina Aguilera has put on a few pounds lately but no one really giving her any crap because she’s going through a divorce.

But after last nights AMA performance all bets are off. Still no one is making fat jokes…but just one look at these pictures and you can see why the pregnancy rumors are all over the net today.

Is this the reason for the split with Jordan? Is she knocked up by someone else? Is it Jordy’s but he didn’t want more kids?

This just might get ugly kids.

Then again, she might just be getting fat.

Everyone is trying to figure out why Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman split. Other than the face that celebrity marriages rarely work out…it turns out that Xtina is really into girls. Butch girls. According to X17online Christina is into one butch girl in particular…Lindsay Lohan’s ex Samantha Ronson.

The two started hanging out after they got close at Nicole Richie’s bachelorette party in Mexico a few weeks ago.

Ever since Samantha went to Cabo with Xtina, “the two have been inseparable,” says our source. “I’ve seen them hanging out together. Christina Aguilera really lets down her guard around Sam. They’re very comfortable with each other.”

The pop star was even seen leaving Sam’s place late at night earlier this week AND she stopped by The Roxy on Sunday to see her new favorite DJ spin.

Add that to the fact that Xtina herself told  Company Magazine in June that she is “attracted to women.”

The singer also said the following to Out Magazine in May: “My husband knows that I get into girls. I think it’s fun to be open and play.”

So news broke today that Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman have separated and have been living apart for months now.

We knew this back in May…but didn’t get confirmation until today.

It’s a bad week for celebrity marriages. Maybe celebrity marriages break up in threes just like celeb deaths come in threes. This week Laura Dern/Ben Harper..Courtney Cox/David Arquette and now Xtina and Jordan. All you other celeb couples can breathe easy now…the curse has run it’s course.
