Poor kid. This story sucks. Dude gets some free time to go home and chill with friends and the local cops arrest him for having what amounts to about one joint on his person.

Here’s what happened:

The bust went down while Crawford and a buddy were chilling in a ’03 Nissan outside of Ringo’s Pub. (There’s no word on the friend’s identity, but it’s safe to say it was not Mexican travel buddy Tony Romo.)

Police allege he had less than 2 ounces of pot on him. One source tells E! News it was just a single joint. Crawford managed to spring himself just after 1 a.m., albeit not before leaving the Internet with that gift that keeps on giving, a celeb mug shot.

Despite many subtle rumors that Chance Crawford is gay…he always seems to be hooking up with the hotties. If you remember he was caught kissing Twilight star Ashley Greene after the 2009 Teen Choice Awards. And now just a few weeks later he was seen out getting his groove on with Leo DiCaprio’s ex Bar Refaeli.

Chace and Bar were spied “dancing on each other, swaying their hips together from side to side” to Jay-Z’s new song, “Run This Town,” according to one spywitness. “At one point, Bar reached down and grabbed Chace’s backside,” said the source. “Bar and Chace have been spending a lot of time together since Bar is in town and attending NY Fashion Week events.”

Ashley Greene has been a bad girl lately! Or so says TMZ.

Is it all a co-winky-dink that she won the Teen Choice Fresh Face Award the same day her nude pictures hit the net (below)?

Was she just celebrating it all by kissing Gossip Girl star Chance Crawford? A one night teen choice stand???

We’ve all known it for weeks, but the producers of the Footloose remake will make the official announcement Wednesday that Chance Crawford has nabbed the choice role of Ren McCormack.

The female lead is still up in the air, but Hayden Panettiere, Amanda Bynes, Julianne Hough and that annoying Mily Cyrus are all being considered for the role of Ariel.

Listen up powers that be. I’m already a little pissed that you’re even remaking this movie and I am 100% positive that Chance is no Kevin Bacon. But if you put Hanna-Freakin-Montana in the movie you might just kill my achey-break-heart.

It sounds like Lindsay Lohan is trying to dip her toes back in the hetero pool this week. Yesterday we reported that Lindsay was partying at Southern Hospitality over the weekend sans lesbian lover…now we have more details of what was really going on. LiLo was trying to get into Chance Crawford’s pants.

A source said: “Lindsay heard that Chace and Emile Hirsch were hanging out at Justin Timberlake’s restaurant Southern Hospitality for drinks. But she showed up uninvited and unannounced. She caused quite a scene so Chace left to go back to his place for some more fun.”

Lindsay refused to take no for an answer and stalked Chance back to his home, arriving at 6am, only to be turned away again. The source added to  OK! magazine: “Lindsay showed up uninvited to Chace’s apartment and was not allowed in.”

FAIL.

Lindsay immediately hopped a plane back to L.A. and into the waiting arms of Sam.
