TMZ posted this picture earlier today of Lindsay Lohan partying in France the night before she was due in court this week.

Although most everyone agrees those are lines of coke behind the glass, the judge has said she won’t have to answer for this in court Monday morning because there is no way to prove what the mysterious white powder( lined up neatly as to snort up your nose) actually is.

Just one day after a crazed Lindsay Lohan “threw a fit”  in a New York City club, tossing a drink into a model’s face…Lilo ignored a judges order to complete her alcohol education class and boarded a plane to France.

Lindsay thew her drink at the model and her New York Ranger’s boyfriend Aaron Voros and his teammate Sean Avery because they were seated at the table Lilo wanted. Yeah..she’s cool. Really..it’s all ok..just watch her video message below about just how ok everything is.

Meanwhile…if homegirl doesn’t complete FOUR more classes by this coming Thursday the judge says she will be in violation of her probation and she’ll off to the pokey.

Yesterday the news was that Lindsay Lohan was whining and crying because she was missing out on all the big parties at the Canne Film Festival this weekend because she couldn’t afford the trip. And she couldn’t find anyone to sponsor her all-weekend bender.

But never count an addict out. Where there’s a drug-booze good time going on, Lilo will find a way to get there. Some idiot involved in her newest bomb of a movie Inferno has decided to send Lindsay to the festival for “promo” work. That’s promo not porno.

The problem is that if Lindsay goes and missing even more alcohol education class..her cracked-out ass is going to jail.

Sources say Lindsay — who is in NYC right now — has made it clear she’s flying to France for the film festival. We’re told she’s going to publicize her movie about Linda Lovelace. We’re told Lindsay will fly from NYC to L.A. today, get her stuff and then head off to France tomorrow. A lot of flying … but no alcohol ed. And there’s this … if Lindsay doesn’t complete the required number of classes and doesn’t show up in court next Wed., it’s standard operating procedure for the judge to issue a warrant for her arrest.

Just like her greasy ex-friend Brandon Davis (see next post) Paris Hilton isn’t really getting any love these days. At least at the Canne Film Festival. She’s been partying in her old granny dresses all over the small French city this week, but Page Six reported today that she actually made the trip to try to make some cash. But the international film crowd ain’t buying what she’s selling.

PARIS Hilton is trying to stir up some cash and publicity. She hit Cannes last weekend and had reps go around asking event coordinators to pony up $100,000 for her to appear. “No one bit. They aren’t about to pay her. It’s not 2002,” scoffed one event pro ducer. “We think she got some money from the club VIP, but everyone else is running for the hills.” Hilton then decided to go for free and showed up at the Vita min Water event at Nikki Beach and the Hollywood Domino party with her latest accessory, Doug Reinhardt.
