When I went to bed last night after watching 20/20 all was good at the Sober Valley Lodge . But as soon as I turned on this morning I found out that Brooke Mueller finally grew a pair and got her kids away from Charlie Sheen and the goddessess.

And Charlie is pissed. Because now Brooke is WINNING.

A judge temporarily stripped Charlie Sheen of custody of his twin sons Tuesday, after Brooke Mueller submitted a declaration in which she alleged Charlie said, “I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom” … TMZ has learned.Brooke’s lawyer got a temporary restraining order against Charlie, prohibiting him from going near her.  The judge also ordered Charlie to surrender their twin boys — Bob and Max — to Brooke while the TRO remains in effect.

According to legal docs, Brooke also claims … on February 23 Charlie threw a phone inside his house and then with a penknife in hand, threatened to stick it in Brooke’s eye.

Charlie’s team is furious that the order was issued and plans to go to court tomorrow in an attempt to undo it.

Charlie twittered Tuesday night, “My sons are fine … My path is now clear …. Defeat is not an option!”

Yep. The rock star from Mars has found a new outlet for his rants.

Everytime I read anything about Charlie Sheen these days I just want to pull my  hair out.

I don’t know how he has managed it but he’s convinced Brooke Mueller to move back in with him….and they are both currently on vacation together along with Charlie’s current porn star girlfriend and another woman.

He is starting to have a creepy “Charles Manson” vibe about him. Except his obsession is group orgies and a porn “family” instead of Manson’s crazy race war and murder.

Aren’t you supposed to refrain from having these kinds of relationships for at least a year when you are in recovery from an addiction? So what in the hell is Charlie Sheen’s crackhead ex-wife Brooke Mueller going hooking up with Dave Navarro?

I’m still secretly hoping that Carmen Electra and Dave get back together one day so I’m really against this hook-up. But really…it was most likely just one crazy coked up hook-up. You know Dave does not want to get involved in that Charlie Sheen drama.

Dave Navarro helped Brooke Mueller get over the pain of her impending divorce from Charlie Sheen last night in Aspen — with a crazy public make-out session!

Our Aspen spies spotted the two downstairs at Nobu, at around 8:15 PM.

We’re told Jane’s Addiction band members and Brooke were at the table. Dave went outside to smoke and Brooke followed … once outside they began to “full on make out,” as Dave had his hand on her chest.

They came back inside, got their stuff and left together. Happy New Year!

The Aspen Police Department released the full report from the Christmas time incident that started all the drama/rehab/divorce between Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller. And it’s very enlightening.  If these two could be anymore selfish and ridiculous I would be surprised. Of course, the story has Sheen-spin on it so this version makes Brooke the bad guy.

In the report the officer states, “[Sheen] … explained that he and the daughter share an affinity for both astronomy and the song ‘Drops of Jupiter‘ from the band ‘Train.’”

“[Sheen] added that he bought two tracking telescopes; one for his daughter and one for him so they could both look at the same point in the universe at the same time, as a way of staying connected.”

Sheen told the cops the argument escalated and they eventually started to “slap” at “each others hands or wrists.”

This picture is embarrassing for Brooke Mueller on so many levels.

What’s worse? Being caught with your hands down your pants going for gold...or getting photographed moving out of your house but sure as hell not forgetting your sex swing.
