Jessica Simpson’s new boyfriend just might be a freeloader. According to the ex-wife of Eric Johnson..”he is just plain out of money. He was going to grad school because he didn’t know what else to do, and then he just dropped out.”

Keri Johnson even  contacted Jess to warn her of his monetary problems. She apparently approached Simpson to be wary of her new guy’s motives because he’s so broke. But according to InTouch it was too little too late..he’s already moved in with Jessica.

An ex-49ers player, Eric was married to Keri for five years and has been out of work since 2008.

Anyone who watches the show knows the answer to this one.

The New York Post reported today that Teresa Giudice and her husband are over $11 million in debt and in danger of losing their new Jersey-licous tacky mansion.

Teresa and Joe defaulted on their $1,280-a-month payment for the family’s ubiquitous black Cadillac Escalade. They also didn’t have insurance on the massive SUV, according to GMAC.

Teresa — who this season told Joe to get a vasectomy — owes $12,000 to a Garden State fertility clinic.

* Banks have taken the couple’s $279,000 four-bedroom Jersey Shore house. The Giudices had three mortgages on the house and owed $325,000. The couple also handed over a $200,000 home in Lincoln Park, NJ, that had four mortgages — and an outstanding debt of $600,000.

* Teresa and Joe owed another $1 million for property in Clifton, NJ, that has been given back to lenders.

Teresa, known for her lust for designer clothes and expensive bling on the Bravo show, owes nearly $20,000 on credit cards for Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus. In total, the Giudices show $104,000 in debt on at least eight credit cards.

In total the Giudices say they owe creditors $10,853,648.04. Holy cow! How do they sleep at night??? And according to their bankruptcy papers…they bring in less than $80,000 a year. I guess the plan is to file bankruptcy and start over.

Where does a world class party want to be? Where the world class parties are of course!

The only problem..Lindsay Lohan is too broke to make the trip and she can’t get anyone to cover her expenses. Because she is so not relevant anymore. You’ve probably heard by now that her next big gig is going to be playing a porn star in a biopic about Linda Lovelace. Seriously..the ONLY role she’s been able to land in over a year.

Anyway…Lindsay is probably the one who leaked this story hoping some rich yacht owner would offer to fly her over and let her stay on his longboat gratis…to you know..prepare for her role as the porn star.

Mischa Barton is broker than Lindsay Lohan. And that’s saying something.

We’ve all known that Mischa hasn’t been able to get any steady work in years, but I didn’t know it was bad that she couldn’t even buy herself some munchies. Mishy is notorious for getting baked up and munching out the past few years. Thus the weight gain, cellulite and loss of jobs.

When she tried to get her eat on a Whole Foods the other night, she got so hungrythat she started eating her pre-made pasta bowl while waiting in line to check out. Bad idea considering when the cashier ran her credit card she got the Big D. DECLINED. FAIL.

She immediately started digging through her purse trying to dig up enough cash, but in the end her friend had to bail her out and pay.

Mischa Barton so broke she can’t pay her rent, ya’ll. Mishy’s landlord says the actress is refusing to pay rent on her $7000 a month apartment in New York City.

Mischa leased the apartment last September when she was starring on the CW’s The Beautiful Life….and we all know how that ended. Since then she’s done nothing really except her upcoming bit part on Law & Order SVU, and by all accounts things are not going well on that set and she will not be invited back.

Landlord M.R.A. Realties Inc. says in a lawsuit that Barton rebuffed efforts to collect the last three months’ worth of rent on her flat in the trendy Tribeca neighborhood.

Homegirl isn’t refusing to pay…she can’t pay..she broke.
