Some people think that Jake Gyllenhaal and Taylor Swift didn’t work out because in the end a gay man doesn’t want to have sex with a girl.

But others, myself included don’t think Jake is gay at all. We think that he is terrified of having another relationship under constant scrutiny. So when the paps jumped all over this new hook-up and the tabs were eating it with a spoon he did what most men do when they get spooked…he cut and ran.

That’s my theory anyway. Don’t worry..we’ll know the truth soon enough. Jake will certainly be the inspiration for Tay-Tay’s next big country-whiney-he-broke-my-heart hit.

Tara Reid looks uber-thin and frail lately. Maybe the split from her fiance back in April is the reason she looks so skinny and frail.

Tara got engaged to internet entrepreneur Michael Axtmann in January after just a few short months of dating but they broke it off in April because she refused to sign a prenup.

The wedding was set for late May of this year…if only Tara had signed she’d be an honest, happy woman right now..not teetering around in high heels looking drunk in the daytime.

Lindsay Lohan says that last Friday night was the worst night of her life. She was locked out of her home, and denied entrance to a happening party at the Chateau Marmont.

Not only did Samantha Ronson have no less than five security guards to bar her entrance to the party, but Lindsay Lohan says that other guests “shunned” her as they made their way in. If you can stop laughing long enough to read the rest of this post, you  might be shocked to hear at who dissed her.

“Everyone’s turned on me,” she said, adding that Nicole Richie walked by her and said, “Uck,” while Drea De Matteo said, “Come at me, bitch.” “I felt like I was in ‘Mean Girls,’ but worse,” Lohan told Us. ” ‘Mean Girls’ was a movie.”

Sources told the magazine that Ronson has been trying to break up with Lohan for the past month, but Lohan “threatens to kill herself — she cares about her but wants out.”

John “The Player” Mayer says he isn’t liar and cheater. In fact, he says the reason he broke-up with Jennifer Aniston was quite noble.

“There’s no lying, there’s no cheating, there’s no nothing. Jennifer Aniston is the smartest, most sophisticated person I think I have ever met. People are different, people have different chemistry,” said Mayer, who appeared emotional, nervous and sad. “I ended a relationship to be alone, because I don’t want to waste somebody’s time if something’s not right.”

I like to think that Jennifer Aniston was not just another notch on Player Mayer’s bedpost and that she in fact, used him for some young musician booty.

Updated: Us Magazine had another ranting quote from “The Player” about the why’s and the how’s of the break-up.

“If you guys are going to run stuff and run every lie under the sun, have somebody stand up for somebody,” the singer challenged. “Have me as a man who ended a relationship stand here and write some truth. Have me stand up for somebody and write that Jennifer Aniston is the smartest, most sophisticated person I think I’ve ever met.

“She’s one of the most lovely people I’ve ever met in my life and I’m going through something that’s a very personal thing and you have to give that up,” he said. “You have to give everything up because you can’t have it all and it sucks.”

Yeah, it sucks to not be able to commit. Typical. Although to be fair, he does seems much more sincere and truly un-happy about ditching this one. Good, he is one man in dire need of some post-break-up misery.
