Druggie extraordinaire Blake Fielder-Civil has admitted that he is the one responsible for Amy Winehouse’s life-threatening drug addiction. In an interview with News of the World, the recently freed from prison Civil says that he had to convince her to experiment with crack and heroin. Until that point, Amy had had only smoked weed.

“I dragged Amy into it and without me there is no doubt that she would never have gone down that road. I ruined something beautiful. Now I have to let her go to save her life. I am not abandoning her. I am doing this out of love.”

Way to go douchebag…you may have just killed one of the most amazing voices of our generation…so you could have a drug buddy. To his credit, he says he won’t seek any monetary compensation in the unavoidable upcoming divorce proceedings.

After a year behind bars Blake Fielder-Civil is out of jail and now safely ensconsed in a drug treatment facility. He wasn’t due to be released until next month but was freed after agreeing to attend rehab. Blake stepped out into the sunshine looking pale and with red scars all over his arms. Missing was his severely drug addicted wife, Amy Winehouse.

His first words as a free man were that he wanted to see Amy and,  ‘It’s welcome to the free world for me and Barack Obama.’

Blake’s mother on the other hand is not so eager to see her son hook back up with his wife.  “Giving him and Amy another chance is like putting a gun to Blake’s head while playing Russian roulette. If he goes it could be a death sentence for the two of them.’

Here’s wishing that homeboy stays clean and gets the misses fixed up too.

I was shocked to hear that Amy Winehouse has the wherewithal to actually navigate the internet, much less post something on her own Facebook page. In her whacked out world, it’s okay to post a picture of your husband flashing his wiener for the world to see. Which one is the bigger idiot; the chicken or the dumb junkie in jail? My vote is for the junkie in jail. Black Fielder-Civil actually had the chance to get release from the pokey under the condition that he live at his mothers house under house arrest.

“It was all set for him to be released, but he refused to go to anywhere other than Camden. He doesn’t want to go somewhere where he can’t be reunited with Amy and his friends. He’d rather stay inside.”

Read: He doesn’t want to go live somewhere he can’t do drugs. This will probably drive Amy over the edge because she was expecting to see him this month, and now it will be closer to Christmas before she see’s her Blake Incarcerated.
